In an interesting twist of fate, Hannibal and crew are forced to work with an old Russian acquaintance. They save a defecting ballerina, who soon unwittingly nearly foils the plan, meet up with Dmitri, and conspire against CIA and Fulbright to safely prevent the theft of a powerful American weapon.

Fulbright gains a new pal at the CIA and, together, they combine brain power and plan to bring down the A-Team and the Communists. Ironically, the Soviets are indeed on the side of peace for the time being, and the brass' plans are naturally foiled.

Murdock and Face intercept a spy and the former impersonates this spy to the baddest guys. Murdock plays a deaf man while doing this, even to the extent that he is tested by a point-blank machine gun, which he "does not hear." With him in place, the Team follows their partner and is led to the ultimate prize, all the while with CIA and Bull in tow.

The end is the end and thus a secret, although an overall outcome becomes clear quite rapidly.

Not the best A-Team episode ever, but a well-thought-out and -written and -acted one nonetheless.moreless

    • Dmitri: You three are looking very well. How, how long has it been? B.A.: Don't get him started, Hannibal. He could out-talk Murdock. Edit
    • Murdock: From the standpoint of entertainment, on the Murdock scale of one to ten, I'd have to give it a nine. B.A.: A nine! Let me see you drive like that! Murdock: But I never give a ten. Never, never, never, never, never! I mean, there's no such thing as perfection in the arts, B.A. B.A.: (raises a fist) This is a ten on B.A.'s scale, ten bein' total pain! Edit
    • (To Murdock, who doesn't know the person he's impersonating is deaf - while nearly hitting him with the van) B.A.: You must be deaf! Edit
