Towards the end of the episode, when the tribe uncovers the Murdock statue, they chant "Who wrote this, who wrote this."

Goof:
When the Australian tries to intimidate Hannibal near the end of the episode, he cocks his gun twice.
Goof:
Murdoch is barefoot when he finishes the test of fire, but then is knocked unconscious in the attack directly after that. When he wakes up, he has shoes on.
Towards the end of the episode, the tribal men are chanting "Who wrote this, who wrote this?" whilst bowing to Murdock and his statue.
Goof:
The religious artifact is clearly not gold nor any other metal - it looks very much like cheap plastic.
Murdock: These two men will rebuild each others' hut. And until they are finished, they will live together as hutmates, and learn to love and respect each other for all time. For, in the words of the great Joe Namath: "Hut! Hut, hut, hut, hut!"
