Brisco and Bowler are invited to a gathering of bounty hunters. However, the bounty hunters start getting murdered one by one, "Ten Little Indians" style. The pair must figure out who is responsible, and how to stop them.

    Loosely based on Agatha Christie's "And Then There Were None" or the movie version "Ten Little Indians". A group of Bounty Hunters is invited to an island and one by one they all seem to be killed by an unknown assailant. Counting Socrates there are ten Bounty Hunters and one woman present. No one can leave the island as the boat has gone till the next afternoon.

    One is blown up, one is boiled in acid, one is shot in the back, and one is found on the side of the cliff near the beach. Brisco is knocked out and almost electrocuted. Lord Bowler is knocked out and almost is done in as well in a rather clever way.

    The episode was the official first of the second part of the season after the holiday break. A few specific things about the episode. Bowler and County are together now so the opening sequence is changed and the newspaper clipping about another Bounty Hunter chasing Bly is removed. Also the ending shows the three men, Brisco, Bowler, and Socrates riding on the beach of the island instead of Brisco by himself in the desert with the credits rolling on top.

    An entertaining episode, but not that exciting overall. A very young but recognizable Johnathon Schaech makes his debut as Nevada Cooper a young Bounty Hunter. Thanks for reading...moreless

    This review contains mild spoilers.

    For some reason, at first, I didn't expect to enjoy this episode very much. I thought that it was going to be a low budget filler episode at best. But, to my pleasant surprise, it turned out to be an excellent instalment.

    The story is obviously influenced by 'Ten Little Indians', and has an array of interesting characters, each of whom could be the killer.

    I also like the traditional mid-episode cliff-hanger, which this time sees a bound Brisco tied to a metal flagpole in the middle of a fierce thunder storm. I'm not sure that, being so wet and with his hands tied, he would have been able to climb the slippery pole so easily, but it was a good escape all the same.

    Also of excitement is Bowler, being tied up and gagged behind the shooting targets. Good thing Socrates is such a bad shot!

    I had great fun trying to guess who the culprit would be, as there were plenty of incentives and red herrings given to all of the guest characters.

    All-in-all, to the opposite of my initial expectations, this turned out to be a brilliant episode. In fact, I'd go as far as to say it is one of the best episodes of the series, and definitely one of my favourites.moreless
