Goof: When the gang begin to pursue Hank's kidnapper, Russell and Bucky are briefly seen even though Fat Albert sent them away to contact the police and the boy's parents respectively.

Buddy "Slash" Warren strongly resembles Bobby Hanson (who appeared in the previous episode Justice Good as Ever) in terms of looks and dress style. Bobby (from the latter episode) had a red-haired mohawk, a blue leather jacket with gold buttons and earrings, white pants, and a black shirt and boots. Buddy in this episode, has a pink-haired mohawk, a red leather jacket with gold buttons and earrings, blue jeans, a green shirt, and white boots.
The trophy girl seen toward the end of this episode bears a strong resemblance to Cedar Lake's main lifeguard Janine, who was seen in the episode Water Are You Waiting For?

Goof: Just before the Brown Hornet cartoon ends, Fat Albert is speaking with Weird Harold's voice.

Goof: Bucky is missing when the gang is seated in the stands at the skateboarding competition.
