Blix the butler talks for the 1st time in his 2nd appearance.
If Blix hated Eustace for taking his rage out on him by kicking him and stuff, and took revenge kicking Eustace with the mechanical boot thing near the end of the 1st episode he was in. Then why would he go back to letting Eustace take out his rage on him.
In the beginning when Sheen calls Jimmy he says (if you listen closely): "Jimmy, Timmy....."
Cindy's first time showing obvious attempts to get Jimmy's attention
Sheen's singing appears to have improved a little bit since Attack of the Twonkies, as it seems acceptable during, 'There was a martian made of goo, and Ringo was his name-o!'
Another un-morphed twonky makes a cameo the first time we see Carl and Sheen eating schnitzengruber and a small Twonkie makes a cameo in the last time that Sheen talks in Mars
Jimmy admits that Cindy distracts him.
The third appearance of Eustace Strych.
As Jimmy was clasped in one of the Martians' hand, he tells Eustace to "re-route the circuit and press the blue button". When Eustace gains the courage to do this, he only presses the blue button, and nothing is done to the circuit whatsoever.
Eustace: So Jimmy, did you forget that I'd sworn ever-lasting vengence against you?
Jimmy: (sarcastically) Hmm, it sort of slipped my mind because I have a life you loser! (makes an "L" with his fingers).
Jimmy: (smells Cindy's perfume and is entranced) What's that bewitching scent?
Cindy: Oh... you mean my perfume? I just splash that on when I don't care what I smell like...
Jimmy: Hmmm... (realizes) I mean, oh look! A comet! (smacks Cindy with his telescope)
Cindy: Libs, keep an eye on Mars for me...it's been acting weird all night
Libby: (sniffs) Is that? Eau de Amino Acid? Girl, you brought us here, just so you could flirt with Jimmy!
Cindy: Did not! I'm here because Jimmy values my scientific input.
Libby: (sighs) Why don't those two just get a lab?
Sheen: Jimmy, Jimmy! I've detected aliens with your new telescope! They're gross and bloated, with horrible swaying tentacles!
Jimmy: Sheen, you've got the telescope pointed at Carl's mole...
Carl: It's not a mole! It's a beauty mark! I'm putting cream on it...
Jimmy: Eustace! Press that blue button!
Eustace: B-but I usually have someone do that for me!
(THREE DAYS LATER...is on screen)
Carl: Oh, no! I forgot my inhaler!
Jimmy: Carl! (referring to Mars) We're already here!
Cindy: Do you like my flying suit, Libby? It's perfect to resist the strong martian winds (as she says that, Jimmy turns around with his chair and what he sees makes him very impressed.)
Libby: Whatever...
Jimmy: (drools, then realizes) Huh?
Cindy: I still can't believe that Eustace Strych actually helped us save the Earth.
Eustace Strych: Well, it is where I keep all of my stuff.
Libby: (looking at the sky) Wow, the universe is so vast and intricate . . .I'm bored.
Libby: I can't believe Jimmy admitted he likes Cindy.
Jimmy: I said she distracts me, there's a difference!
Cindy: Sure there is.
Jimmy: You are so clueless, Vortex! Of course I know you exist! That's why I pretend to ignore you!
Carl: (gasps) Oooh!
Cindy: Pretend? You mean you've been acting like a complete dweeb because -
Carl: He likes you!
Libby: He thinks you fine.
Jimmy: I do not! I just think you're pretty smart and...you smell nice...and you kinda distract me...sometimes.
Cindy: Wow, Jimmy. Thanks. (smiles)
Eustace Strych: You won't escape, Neutron. My undying hatred shall pursue you without rest! But first I think I'll slip into unconsciousness. (faints)
This episode can be seen on the DVD King of Mars.
When Carl said "Danke." to Sheen, he was saying "Thank you." in German.
Nick US aired this episode for the first time on NICKSGIVING on Saturday November 25th, 2006 at 7 PM.
Sheen:There was a martian made of goo, and Ringo was his name-o!
This is an obvious allusion to the children's song Bingo. Also, the name "Ringo" is the name of Ringo Starr, who is a member of The Beatles and the narrator of a TV show: Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends.
The music at the beginning of the episode is the famous "Mars" from Holst's "The Planets"
Libby: Why don't those two just get a lab?
An obvious spoof of the famous saying "Why don't those two just get a room?"
Eustace: Actions
Characteristic on being sly when he "acted" good to Cindy then turned out lying is just like Catwoman in " The Batman" in the episode The Laughing Cats where she "acted" good to Batman and Batgirl then it turned out she was lying.
