Liberty Danielle "Libby" Folfax (voice)
Carlton Ulysses Wheezer (voice)/Principal Willoughby
Goof: When the monsters come to the Candy Bar and the townspeople are holding the weapons, we see a woman in a red dress holding a torch. But later at the golf course the same woman is seen playing golf!
This episode has special Halloween-themed scene-changers instead of the usual atoms.
Sam, from the Candy Bar, is single.
Cindy's blood type is A positive.
Miss Fowl was married to a werewolf.
Libby's a vegetarian.
When Jimmy suggests being Frankenstein, Carl says it wouldn't work because he's a 'Summer.' Technically, however, Carl wouldn't be a Summer because he has red hair: that would make him an Autumn.
When Carl, Sheen, Libby, Cindy, and Hugh are talking about attacking the townspeople, a building window behind Sheen says "Kithchen and Bath Accessories." "Kitchen" is spelled wrong.
(Sam sees warewolves down the street)
Sam: We have to stop them! (to Miss Fowl) Winifred, get me some angry villagers, some garlic, fire and a red-haired woman named Tessie.
Miss Fowl: Sam, we don't need a red-haired woman named Tessie.
(later all of the villagers appear outside of Sam's Candy Bar)
Miss Fowl: (to Sam) Sorry, Sam. I couldn't find you a red-haired woman named Tessie.
Carl: (licking his thumb where some blood is streaming out) Mmm.... blood! It's cherry flavor! Hey guys, want a lick?
Judy: Hugh, please use complete sentences.
Judy: Oh don't mumble you sound like you've a mouth full of marbles.
Carl: Hi Mrs. Neutron. You look so pretty, and full of blood.
Judy: Why thank you Ca-what?
Carl: Look into my eyes...please.
Hugh: She mine!
Carl: Take a number flathead!
Vampire Carl: Look into my eyes ... I mean, if you don't mind....
Miss Fowl: Happy Halloween, don't forget to floss! (disappears into fog)
Principal Willoughby: Oh, I used to love to dress up for Halloween. One year, I was a butterfly! Then I was an elf, a sprite, an ice skater--I was Peter Pan six times! Michelangelo's David, and I gotta tell you, that was chilly! Brrr!
Jimmy: This is my 27th greatest invention ever!
Jimmy: To the--
Carl: Oh, oh, Jimmy, can I say it this time, please?
Jimmy: All right, Carl, go ahead.
Carl: To the place where Jimmy has all his neat stuff, and where he invents things, and then something goes wrong, and we have a big adventure!
Sheen: To the lab!!
Jimmy: Gentlemen, I have a proposition. I'll make you guys really scary for Halloween ... in exchange for 25% of your candy.
Sheen: You think I'm a fool?! Call it 50 and we've got a deal.
Sheen: This year I want to be something really scary!
Carl: You could wear a cape!
Sheen: I said really scary!
Jimmy: You could be Miss Fowl....
Jimmy, Sheen, and Carl: (pause, look at each other) AAAHHH!!!
Hugh as Frankenstein: Wish ... I ... could ... walk ... faster!
Libby: I'm a vegetarian.
Sheen: I knew it! Carl owes me two bucks! He thought you were a Republican.
Jeffrey Garcia won the 2004 Annie Award for "Outstanding Voice Acting in an Animated Television Production" for his role of Sheen Juarerra Estevez in this episode.
Ms. Fowl: (In Romanian accent) "Even a man who is pure in heart and says his prayers by night may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and the Autumn moon is bright".
This is a quote taken directly from the movie "The Wolfman".
Nightmare in Retroville: Plot
This episode is similiar to the Fairly OddParents episode "Scary Godparents."
Monster Machine: Monsters
One of the monsters on the Monster Machine is Michael Jackson if you look closely, the one on the front of the machine which appears twice while Jimmy is talking. Jack Skellington and Oogie Boogie from the movie Nightmare Before Christmas were on the Neutronic Monster-Maker as well.
Carl: I'm a summer
When Jimmy suggests being Frankenstein, Carl says it wouldn't work because he's a 'Summer.' This is a reference to the Color Me Beautiful theory that says a person's hair color, eye color, and skin tone make them look better in certain shades of colors - the four categories that people fit into are Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
Jimmy: (to Carl) The Phantom of the Opera?
Carl: Too operay
