A while after Carl fell asleep on Libby's lap, the bus swerved out of control because Miss Fowl was talking to the class instead of watching the road. Carl tumbled into the aisle of the bus, but he fell out of the seat behind Libby. How did this happen if Carl was sitting with Libby at the window seat?
When Lars Svenson gave Jimmy the Nobel Prize, he pinned it on Jimmy's shirt. But, all through the episode it wasn't visible on Jimmy's shirt. However, it was there when Lars snatched the award off.
In "Brobot," Brobot said that he was programmed for honesty. If that is true, then why did he make up that story about the mooniemen?
"Macbeth in Space" is actually not much like the real Macbeth at all. Macbeth was not a hero, he was a tyrant. There was no pirate in the play. The real Macbeth is about what happens when someone gets hungry for power: Macbeth kills the king to gain the throne, his wife shows guilt by sleepwalking and sleep-talking about that event, the witches trick Macbeth into thinking he will be king forever, and the kingdom overthrows Macbeth and kills him. Not like Principal Willoughby's rendition at all.
Apparently, Bolbi is a good actor!
Goof: When Sheen's laser-spear is accidentally shot, the image pans to a kid who has a hole in his hat. The kid is none other than Chuck Lester! But what is he doing there? Didn't he move to Greece?
Why would Sheen need a real laser spear if he never actually fires it in the play?
Miss Fowl said it was unfair when Principal Willoughby immediately casted Nick as Macbeth. But she didn't mind when he immediately casted Carl, Cindy, & Libby as the witches.

In the beginning of The Great Egg Heist, when Jimmy put on the hollogram projector showing The prinesses brother with his doomsday device, the princess said her brothers name was Tsu. If there last name is Tsu, wouldn't his name be Tsu Tsu??
Libby keeps her high note for at least 10 minutes. She would have run out of breath eventually. However, there is a process called circular breathing which all professional wind music players know, that can enable them to inhale through their nose, and exhale through their mouth in a form of note. This can allow them to keep a sustained note for as long as they desire.
Jimmy's mom said "I never want to hear the word 'Carl' again!" after she fight's with Carl's mom. But Carl had nothing to do with it, so wouldn't she have said she never wanted to hear "Wheezer" again?. And whouldn't she have also said the name Carl?
What made the security guard so suspicious in believing that Sheen was working with Jimmy and Co.? The guard had no reason to believe that Sheen was doing something that could get him in trouble.
In this episode, when Quan Qi Tsu revealed himself as Finbarr Calamitous, everybody says "Professor Calamitous!". However, there as been so episode aired prior to this episode that revealed that Libby and Cindy knew Calamitous and could've recognized him just by looking at him for the first time.
