Goof: Zan's face is pale when he contacts Superman as the twins first spot the alien insects.
Goof: The red portion of Robin's costume is briefly colored green when he and Batman devise a way to stop the crocodiles attacking them.
Goofs: When Zan and Gleek hide in the Mason energizer, the panel door is first seen as transparent. But until Jayna opens it to get them out, the panel door was metallic. Afterward, the twins' chest insignias are backward after they change back as Insecta and his group discover them.
Goof: Jayna's chest logo is briefly inverted (a purple "J" inside a yellow triangle) before the twins depart for the bear cave.
Goof: After Samurai is imprisoned by the aliens, Superman is able to contact him even though he's not holding his communicator.
Goof: Isn't it kind of strange that the instrument panels of an alien ship have readouts in the English language?
Goof: The last line "And we have friends in space" looks like it's being spoken by Superman, but it's with Samurai's voice.
Goof: The "A" logo on the AquaScooter changes from red to light blue a couple of times in this episode.
Goof: When the BatBoat is first seen, the rear part is colored gray instead of blue.
Goof: A couple of shots of Aquaman behind Manta's brig shows his gloves missing.
Goofs: Robin's insignia is inverted after Superman and Wonder Woman freeze the water beast, and when he's in the BatCopter with Batman when they're about to suction the water beast. The stars of Wonder Woman's trunks are missing a few times when the SuperFriends speak to Manta on the Hall of Justice viewing screen. Zan's insignia is inverted as the captain closes the crate holding the Wonder Twins, Batman and Robin as they plan to trap Manta, and again when the twins and Aquaman are trapped at the bottom of the ocean in the metal canister. Batman's insignia is inverted just before he lands after swinging off the mast to stop a couple of the Manta's men. Jayna's insignia is inverted just before the Wonder Twins jump aboard Manta's submarine to rescue Aquaman. Her face is also pale just before she changes into a condor.
Goof: The waterproof crate Batman, Robin, and the Wonder Twins hide in looks very different from the first time Robin points it out to when the captain seals them in.
Goof: When spectators react to the danger when Mel is about to go down the waterfall, a girl is speaking with a male voice.
Goof: The "A" logo on the AquaScooter is initially colored red, but then changes to light blue.
Goof: In the closeup shots of the BatCopter, Batman is sitting to Robin's right, but in the faraway shots, he's sitting to his left.
Goof: The computer engineer at the Pentagon is zapped by the Mind Maidens but does not reappear in the room where the Superfriends are standing. In all the other instances of men being hit by the dematerializing ray, they have reappeared in the middle of Medula's lair.
Goofs: When two of Medula's guards use their eyebeams on Wonder Woman's magic lasso, it's looks like she who's speaking when Jayna says "Oh no, they disintegrated it." And when the guards zap them, Wonder Woman is still holding her lasso.
Goof: As Superman finds the tape storing the other SuperFriends, some of the other tape files list groups of women. But Medula specified she was only storing men on her tapes.
Goofs: The computer engineer at the Pentagon vanishes without having been hit with the female eyebeams. When Zan looks on, his face is pale colored.
Goofs: When Batman and Robin draw out their BatWheel boots to skate on high wires over the controlled women, Batman speaks with Robin's voice when he says "Let's go."
