Episode Summary

Disc Jockey

Dave is going from radio station to radio station but no one is willing to play the chipmunks new record saying they're used up and people want something else. Alvin, now fearing their career is over, takes things into his own hands and has the same response. He finally has his brothers distract the page and sneaks into the studio and puts his record on the turntable. When he is caught the DJ takes him to the lobby forgetting the record is still playing. When the DJ rushes back to stop the record the phones light up with people telling him how much they love the new song. Dave, thinking the song was stolen after hearing it on the radio rushes down to confront the DJ when he is told the good news.

Funiculi-Funicula: Alvin claims music is everywhere and when he puts his ear to a globe a montage of previous musical numbers begins.

Clyde Crashcup invents the Birthday Party:

Polly Wolly Doodle: Alvin doodles a bunch of characters on a sheet of paper and they come alive and help tell the story.
