Episode Summary

The five remaining teams depart from the Moos Restaurant at the base of the Alps in Zermatt, Switzerland and head to the Air Rescue Helicopter Port. From there they helicopter to the Detour, where they must either "Search" for a dummy using an avalanche beacon, or simulate a "Rescue" from a deep crevasse. Teams then take the train back down to Zermatt and go to Le Petit Cervin. There, the Roadblock has team members make a Travelocity Roaming Gnome out of chocolate. Completion rewards the location of the Pit Stop: a 300-year-old cabin in town.moreless

i suppose he dad dying had a large impact on him, he wasn't has 'vibrant' or showing off he was quite 'lame' towards the end he found some of his old spark but unfortunately they both missed 'on foot'

which i gotta say is the most stupidest thing ever to miss considering how much they read the clue..

and seeing other teams walking.. kinda seems like set up ?

yes big easy blame the goth girl for no reason considering she put her gnome half in the other freezer..

zev is kinda annoying me now and his 'friend' is bit of a freak too..

kisha and jen still showing their true colours really hope they don't win.

what ever mallory is on i want some ! she's high as a kite !

Very special surroundings...I was hoping for a non elimination leg.

Well considering what teams are left I am a firm supporter of Zev and Justin so was glad they barely made it...The first challenge seemed the toughest...The challenges were of two types and to my surprise even though Zev and Justin chose the harder one they performed really poor...Took them to much time to recover the hidden dummy...But surprisingly they catch up and the next challenge was a pleasent, easy, logical one...They finished a bit later but due to an error from the Goth team they finished 4th...

In connection with Kynt and Vyxsin elimination to me was no surprise...Vyxsin was carrying the team by herself...I didn't liked this guy Kynt one bit, moaning and complaining at every step of the way...

Last episode and I hope either Zev and Justin or Garry and Mallory.moreless

Some really beautiful scenery, great challenges and a sad elimination. (Spoilers!!!)

This was another very good episode, and I was delighted that we remained in Europe for a leg longer than expected!

The scenery atop othe Matterhorn was beautiful, and the challenge at the 'Search' or 'Rescue' Detour was pehnomenal! I definitely would've opted for 'Resuce' as it was quicker, but I would've stayed up to pull and made my team member go down.

The chocolate gnome Roadblock was really cool and exciting! The drama was just weird, as even though Vyxsin probably was the culprit, I don't think any of it was intentional.

I was disappointed with the eliminatio n of Kent & Vyxsin today, a s they are one of the greatest teams of all time! Kent was really depressing and downcast throughout this race and always acted like a baby, but Vyxsin was just brilliant, and she, at least, did not deserve to go home.

I can't wait for the season final lnext week, and I will be cheering for Kisha & Jen all the way! Gary & Mallory are my second choice, and I also love the Globetrottesr, but I would be upset if Zev & Justin were to win.

Keep it up, TAR! The standard this season is high, and if we get good winners, then I think this will be a season to remember! Great episode, keep it up!moreless

Felt like a long episode, which is good! I would have originally scored this episode a 10 but something made it .5 points lower.

The teams depart and have to take a helicopter to a mountain area.

I will review this episode by the order the teams came in:

1. Flight TIme & Big Easy-Flight Time deserves a 1st-place finish. I didn't really understand what went on with Big Easy and Kent, but I found Big Easy annoying. I usually find Big Easy cool.

2. Kisha & Jen-Sadly, it looks like you girls cannot get a win anymore, unless you win a leg in the F4. You girls really deserve a 1st place finish.

3. Gary & Mallory-Good job! In the preview for the 2-hour finale (next week), the producers/CBS seemed to show you guys a lot. Is that good or bad? I hope it's good, as in you both will win!

4. Zev & Justin-Just not fair! You both were in last pretty much throughout the whole leg. You both were my least favorite among the remaining. Just not fair! I hope you don't take the million!

5. Kent & Vyxsin-Very sad to see you gone. I didn't expect to be sad, as you've been annoying most of the season. But this leg, you weren't as annoying. If only you read the clue and see "ON FOOT".

Zev & Justin are the reason this episode is scored a 9.5. Overall a superb episode, it felt long. It had a fight, an interesting Detour, a LONG Roadblock, and many more great things! If only Zev & Justin remained last.moreless
