  • Goober and the opposite sex!

    8.1
This is a very funny episode, primarily because we get to truly see the character of Goober "flesh out" so to speak. We get to know him and begin to see his particular talents and kindness. Watching Barney and Andy try to coach Goober on dating is hysterical. The scene where Goober arrives at his date and then leaves to go see Barney is first rate!

    • While Lydia was featured in a previous episode (last name Pike, not Crosswaith), she was suppose to live in Greensboro. But in this one, she comes by Goober's gas station freqently to have her oil changed!

  • QUOTES (1)

    • Barney: Aren't you supposed to be on your date? It's almost eight o'clock.
      Goober: I already been.
      Barney: You're back already?
Goober: I don't know what happened. I followed all the directions.
Barney: For heaven's sake, you were on a date, you weren't taking medicine.
