The Andy Griffith Show Season 1 Episode 24

A very, very good episode with Andy showing his jealous side. His southern drawl is most pronounced in this episode, and it is charming to see! The New doctor arrives in town, and not married--Barney immediately gets suspicous (as only Barney can get!). Barney actually steals this episode (once again) from the other actors. His "spying" on the new doctor leads him to have a medical exam with the doctor. Barney is trying to pump him for information as to his "intentions", but when the doctor tells him that his blood pressure is a little low, he goes into classic Barney mode and says "forget about them doc, am I going to make it?" The shot of his face is absolutely priceless!
