I love this episode! "Bummer of Love" was a pretty cute episode about Norbert falling in love for the first time with a girl beaver named Treeflower and Daggett's attempts to crash a rock concert going on over their dam just brings out pure humor in this episode. In "Food of the Clods" it was funny seeing how Norbert just gorges on junk food throughout the episode and it got me thinking if Norbert has a high metabolism or something. Anyway, I love the way that Norbert acts out the various horror movie monsters when he's sleepwalking and scaring Daggett throughout most of the episode.moreless

A very funny episode, especially if you\'re as huge a fan of the 60s as I am. I even recognized all of those instrumentals in the background!

Treeflower is a cute parody of a hippie lady. \"I think I Like You\" is an adorably poppy little song, as well. Norb mentions some of the things from the original Woodstock (like it being a free concert).

In the second half, the boys watch bad movies and act them out in their sleep. Funny!

Overall, a funny, cute little episode.moreless

    • Daggett: Backstage passes? Backstage passes! We don't need no stinking backstage passes! This is a parody of a quoted line from the film "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" (1948) and later, the parodied version from the Mel Brooks film "Blazing Saddles" (1974) - "Badges? We don't need no stinking badges!" Edit
    • Pond Festival: The music festival that plants itself upon the Beaver's house seems to be a parody of Woodstock, the rock festival from the 1960's. Edit
    • Title: Bummer of Love
The title of this episode, "Bummer of Love", is a take-off of the Summer of Love, that summer from the late 1960's. Edit
