Comic Book Character Challenge
AIRED:
This week's task was to create a costume and four-panel comic for a new comic book character for Zappos.com. Athena created the better character for the win, mainly due to better branding. Project Manager Khloe Kardashian won $20,000 for the charity of her choice. Kotu went to the boardroom, where Scott Hamilton was fired.moreless

  • In this second episode of Season 8, the celebrities are put up to the task of creating a comic book character. The women and the men wind up having the same idea, but in the end the women are the ones who win due to the men's character name.moreless

This was another exciting episode for season 8. It once again showed the stresses of working with other people and it allowed us to see that the men continued to bicker and fight while the women worked together to succeed. This appeared to be a very difficult task for Scott Hamilton to deal with and in the end he wound up getting fired in the board room. Khloe was the women's project manager and she got 20,000 dollars for her charity. I believe that this episode strengthened the women team but it weakened the men as they realized they needed to get rid of Tom.moreless

i was really afraid towards the end that trump would fire tom green! i was like all nervous in my stomach. i totally felt for him because he was telling the truth and all those guys that said he was being unmanageable were jerks! i hated scott hamilton, who otherwise seamed like a nice guy but not in this, by the end and was so glad to see him fired instead of tom! tom green had some really good insight on how they perceived him! he knew somehow that they were thinking he was acting in one way and really he was acting in another. i wish they would have realized that! maybe they do now? that EEE idea was the worst! i never really cared for tom green before, but i like him on this show and feel for him the most! i hope he does well, but someone else will probably blame something else on him because they are stupid! clint black needs to go! i love that jesse james guy too! he's a pretty cool laid back dude that lights up when talking about designing something! it's awesome!moreless

    • On- and off-camera, Scott gets even more frusturated with Tom, and it is obvious that there will be a boardroom battle between the two.

    • Project Manager Scott chose to bring Tom and Herschel into the boardroom with him for their part in Kotu's loss. Herschel was quickly sent back to the suite when Trump decided he wasn't culpable for any part of the loss, leaving things between Scott and Tom. While Tom took some heat for being difficult to work with, Scott was fired for his bad idea for the name of their comic book character, EEE.

    • The Project Managers in this episode are Scott for Kotu and Khloe for Athena. Khloe's team wins, and Khloe gets $20,000 for the charity of her choice.

  • ALLUSIONS (1)

    • The women's comic character was named "Z" after the company Zappos.

In the Disney Channel Original movie, Zenon the Zequel, the movie has the letters "Z" hidden all over the place. In the movie, the character saves the day, just like the women's comic character is a hero.
