The Apprentice 2 Game
The goal of this game is to become the last remaining candidate standing and have a chance to become The Apprentice. This brand new season will be more exciting, fast-paced and you’ll definitely learn a thing or two, or a lot! Me and my trusty executive, modestyrocks (Austin) will grade you on your individual achievements as well as your teamwork on the tasks, as well as the tasks themselves. Teams will be split into 2. Each week, teams will be given a task to complete. In addition, quizzes will have to be answered and submitted individually. By doing this, we want to test each player’s business acumen and knowledge as well as their applied skills.
Individual Questions/Trivia
Candidates will have to complete a 7 question quiz based on the actual Apprentice TV reality show, and general and real-world business knowledge and principles. The quiz is to be done individually, and submitted on or before the deadline for the task. Points on the quiz will be cumulative to the end of the final task, and will be one of the criteria in choosing who will win The Apprentice. You cannot help each other on the quizzes. It would hurt your chances in the long run so doing so would be highly discouraged.
Tasks
Teams will complete tasks together as a team. Each team will select a PM for each task. A deadline will be set at the beginning of each task. The tasks will start off simpler, but will get more complex as we get further into the game. To eliminate bias, tasks will be submitted to our assistant “Robyn”. She will gather the tasks, take out the Team name, and we will judge each task separately without knowing which team submitted which. Tasks will be judged on content and presentation. The winning team’s PM will be exempt from firing the next task. The losing team will go to the boardroom where someone will be fired! In the boardroom, the points accumulated by each candidate on each individual quiz will also count towards our decision making as to who to fire.
Bonus: The team that submits their task first will receive a bonus point for each member of their team. We value the quality of the task submitted, but we also value projects done in a quick and timely manner. Once both teams have submitted their tasks, either before or at the deadline, we will move immediately to the Boardroom.
