    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • 16.2 million people watched this episode's initial airing. Although the series only ranked in 12th place for the week, this is season two's largest audience so far.

      • The difference between the candidates' profits - only $10 – is the closest the earnings have ever been on a task – a record which will likely never be broken.

    • QUOTES (7)

    • NOTES (4)

      • This episode was nominated for a Emmy Award for Outstanding Picture Editing for Nonfiction Programming (Single or Multi-Camera).

      • The Project Managers in this episode are Chris for Mosaic and Pamela for Apex. Chris is exempt from the boardroom next week if Mosaic loses because he is Project Manager on the winning team in this episode.

      • Apex Project Manager Pamela brings Stacy R. and Maria into the final boardroom, where Trump finds that the blame rests mainly on Pamela, and she is fired. This is the second time that all three of the women have been pulled into the final boardroom.

      • Pamela switches from Mosaic to Apex in this episode to even up the teams - Trump chooses her out of the men of Apex to make the teams all one gender again.

    • ALLUSIONS (2)

      • When Stacy R. and Elizabeth come back from the boardroom without Jennifer C, Stacy sings, "Ding Dong, the witch is dead!" This is a reference to The Wizard of Oz song which the munchkins of Munchkinland sing to celebrate the death of the Wicked Witch of the East.

      • The episode title is a take on the phrase, "Lights! Camera! Action!", which is used when a director starts filming a scene in a movie or television series.
