This week's task is to film two commercials for Right Guard deodordant featuring Clyde Drexler and Scotty Pippen. One needed to be thirty seconds long, while one needed to be only ten seconds long. Before the task started, Trump announced that Sharon Osbourne would be missing the task due to illness, while Cyndi Lauper headed off to Washington, D.C., to meet with President Obama about a bill that was being passed into law. Also, since NBC players would be involved in the task, Trump had each celebrity candidates alternate shooting baskets. The first one to make one would also make $10,000 for his or her Project Manager's charity. After everyone missed their baskets, Maria Kanellis made a shot to give Project Manager Holly Robinson Peete's chosen charity, Holly Rod Foundation, $10,000.

By the end of the task, Michael Johnson quit the game due to a personal family issue. He'd been hoping to make it a temporary leave, but because of the time he'd be gone, Trump said it'd have to be permanent. When the results of the task were revealed, RockSolid made the better commercials for the win. Project Manager Curtis Stone won $20,000 for his chosen charity, Feeding America. Tenacity went to the boardroom, where Selita Ebanks was fired.moreless

Fourteen new celebrity candidates begin a new "job interview" to win $250,000 for the charity of their choices. They are divided into two teams -- men vs. women. The men call themselves Rocksolid, while the women call themselves Tenacity. They are told to pick the Project Managers of the other team almost immediately. The men chose Cyndi Lauper, and the women chose Bret Michaels. The first task of the season is to run a diner and bring in more money. Rocksolid brought in more money for the win, despite Tenacity impressing last season's winner, Joan Rivers, enough to get an extra $10,000 from her. Project Manager Bret won $97,464 for his charity, American Diabetes Association, which Trump turned into an even $100,000. Tenacity went to the boardroom, where Carol Leifer was fired for bringing in the least amount of money for the team.moreless
