Episode Summary

The teams take on the task of hosting a technology convention for senior citizens at a retirement home using items from Best Buy. Rebecca finds out her ankle is actually broken and thus is determined to prove she is still useful on the team. To show the other women, she decides to become Project Manager, but the task goes horribly wrong for her and for her team, Capital Edge. Rebecca refuses to bring Toral, who may have been the team's downfall, into the boardroom because of a friendship, and although Trump leans towards firing Rebecca, he eventually chooses to fire Jennifer W. for mismanaging the event.moreless

      • Jennifer W. has a breakdown in this episode -- the first one of the season -- after Rebecca names her as their team's weakest link. Edit
    • Notes

      ADD NOTES
      • Trump forgets to mention on-air that Marshawn is exempt in this episode after her win as Project Manager in the previous episode. He forgets both before the task begins and after Capital Edge loses. Edit
      • Project Manager Rebecca chooses to bring Jennifer M. and Jennifer W. into the boardroom. Rebecca is nearly fired for not bringing in Capital Edge's supposed weakest link, Toral (who would've been fired), but because she defends her decision extremely well, Trump decides he likes her potential and lets her stay. Instead, he fires Jennifer W. for her failure in planning Capital Edge's event. Edit
      • Excel unanimously votes to give Randal exemption for next week because of his solid, organized leadership. This is the first time an exemption has been unanimously voted on. Edit

      • Markus: For the sake of the team, I hope the two of you guys bury the hatchet. There's still a lingering turd in the pool. But hopefully that will get fished out soon and all this will be resolved. Edit
