Kevin: (To all of Apex regarding Stacie J. and her firing): None of you guys are equipped to know whether she's psychologically unstable. . . . The fact that it's even an issue, the fact that it's even on the table, pisses me off! . . . It came out because all of you were threatened about being fired. And so you used that against her.
Trump: Jennifer, this is really easy. You're fired.
Stacy: If Jen C. wants to bring me in the boardroom, she better be prepared for what she's gonna deal with.
Jen C.: (About why Apex lost the task) It was those two old Jewish bat ladies.
John: (About his decision to use sex appeal to impress a group of gay guys) We were using whatever advantage we had.
Jennifer M: I didn't think that Jen C. inspired us... I think we launched the restaurant in spite of Jen C.
Ivana: I think if we pull it off, it's not going to be because of her leadership skills. I can tell you that much right now.
Ivana: Someone didn't think through managing the task - and that someone is Jen C.
Maria: Stacy is one of the most irritating people I have maybe ever met in thirty-one years of my existence on this planet.
Elizabeth: I felt like I was kicked in the stomach and I was not sure I was going to be able to get up.
At the beginning of the episode, Kevin and Raj scold the women (though Elizabeth takes the brunt of it) for scapegoating Stacie J.
The Project Managers in this episode are Raj for Mosaic and Jennifer C for Apex. Raj is rewarded with an exemption for next week, should his team lose the task.
Apex Project Manager Jen C. pulls Stacy R. and Elizabeth in to the final boardroom, where Jen is fired. This is Stacy's first time in the final boardroom. It is Elizabeth's and Jennifer's second time. Because of her comments about the Jewish ladies at the restaurant, Jennifer C. was also fired from her real job the same week this episode aired.
George Ross does not appear in this episode. His replacement for this episode is the first Apprentice winner Bill Rancic.
The Last Supper is also the name of a famous Leonardo Divinci painting that captures the last meal Jesus Christ had before he was crucified. That painting's name is the inspiration for this episode title.
