    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (4)

      • 12.9 million people, the smallest audience of season two, watched this episode's initial airing. This show ranked 19th for the week.

      • Andy is the longest-running member of the original Mosaic.

      • Throughout his candidacy, Andy was pulled into the final boardroom every time he was on the losing team.

      • After Andy's firing, the second commercial is an ad for Pepsi Edge. Andy is shown in the back of a taxi, looking like the final confessional. He is holding a Pepsi Edge can in his hand and says that he can't believe he got fired and that he'll never get a job again. Raj then appears at the driver's seat and tells Andy, "Don't worry, you will." The ad then talks about how to enter to be at the taping of the finale.

    • QUOTES (4)

    • NOTES (4)

      • This season, unlike in season 1, when a team is down to three people, all three people will automatically face the final boardroom. No one is sent up to the suite.

      • The Project Managers in this episode are Andy for Mosaic and Kelly for Apex. Because of Kelly's win, he will automatically make it to the final four. His exemption is the last exemption of season two.

      • All three members of the losing team, Mosaic, (Project Manager Andy, Jen and Sandy) face the boardroom. Jen and Sandy attack each other, showing a strong desire to still be vying for the title of The Apprentice, and Andy is fired. This episode marks Andy's fifth time in the final boardroom, Sandy's second, and Jen's first time (excluding the episode, "The Tale of Two Leaders" and "Send in the Crowns.") After Andy's firing, he was hired to work for the Trump Organization under Donald Trump.

      • Jen is reshuffled onto Mosaic for this task.

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • This episode title is a reference to the controversy of which product is better - Coca-Cola or Pepsi-Cola? Commercials for Pepsi use the title "The Pepsi Challenge".
