Show Summary

The Beachcomber Bill Show starred Bill Biery and aired in the fall of 1964. Beachcomber Bill, dressed in beach inspired clothing, entertained children by telling stories about zoo animals using several assorted puppets including Melvin the Giraffe, and Uncle Ant. The show also had short animated cartoons featuring Lippy the Lion, Touche Turtle and Wally Gator. Beachcomber Bill mesmerized his studio audience with wonderful drawings, stories and cartoons. The children's show featured the theme song entitled, "March of the Baby Elephants."
