Nadia: Where is my son? (Ellis hands Nadia a gun)
Petrescu: Your son, your daughter-- you think I know one from another, and who buys which from whom?
Barker: Oh, I think you do. I think first day at Harvard, somebody says you live or die on whether your accounts are up to date. Now you may have alligators or little horses on your shirt, but you're a pimp. You run girls, and worse, you run babies. You got a soul made of grease. So you need to tell this lady what this lady wants to know, because I am just looking for a reason to let her pull this trigger and still go to bed feeling good about myself.
(On the phone, discussing helping Nadia find her son)
Ellis: Can we make this decision fast, because she's on the clock?
Charles: So what we've got is that he brings girls in on those planes of his. Which makes him asshole of the week. But he also is stuffing those planes with babies, which gives this guy the noble prize for jerk-offs.
Ellis: So we agree to her terms?
Charles: Damn right.
Ellis: Can I get you somethin' to drink?
Nadia: I've learned that it helps you do what you have to do.
Ellis: No one's going to jail. We're here to help you.
Nadia: I knew you were a cop. I just knew it. You're gonna help us? You're going to protect us? Every day police, judges-- they come here for us to spread our legs, are you going to protect us from them? No one here believes you. The last girl who you helped is dead.
Charles: So, I'm curious to know as to where you got the balls to pull a stunt like this.
Ellis: I called you. You didn't answer.
Charles: On top of the fact that it is the wrong play, and these girls are not gonna talk. On top of that fact, you're putting their lives in jeapordy. You call your guy and call it off.
Charles: Call it off.
Ellis: I'm not calling it off. The cops are coming. We'll split up the girls and see what we can get. (Charles starts dialing) I can do this.
Charles: Okay. (puts his phone away)
Ellis: A guy comes out of his house and he sees a snail in his driveway, he picks it up and throws it across the street and then--
Charles: Is this a joke? (hearing the sirens) You wanna play, go play. And you're not worried that this will spook Roman, huh?
Ellis: He'll figure it's routine. Another raid for health code violations, and license checks. He's used to it. (Ellis walks off and Charles smiles)
Ellis: You said I had two choices, right? Watch the tape or give it to Barker. But there's a third choice. (gives the tape back to Ray) You wanna investigate him, go ahead, but he's my partner, and you'll do it without me. Stop stalking me, it's over. You gotta move on.
Raymond: You're makin' a mistake. Look, if Barker's clean, you got nothin' to worry about, but if he's not you're either goin' down with him or you're gonna end up dead. Just some friendly advice.

Barker (to Petrescu): ... Now you may have alligators or little horses on your shirt, but you're a pimp.
Barker could be referring to the preppy/clean-cut clothing companies of Lacoste and Ralph Lauren. Lacoste puts little alligators on it's shirts, and Ralph Lauren puts a horse with a guy playing polo on their shirts.
