      • Because this production was made by an independent company and not by Thames, the contents of this and the next show are not featured in any of the U.S. half-hour syndicated Benny Hill Show episodes.

      • The New York outdoor scenes were shot on videotape, and with an American cast.

      • This is not a regular episode of The Benny Hill Show, but part of a one-off programme made after Benny was dropped by Thames in 1989, as part of a proposed series of specials to be called Benny Hill's World Tour. The show, produced by an independent company, D.L. Taffner, Ltd., first aired in the U.S. on the USA Network on May 30, 1991 as Benny Hill's World: New York! and aired in two parts on the ITV network in Britain on April 12 and May 16, 1994, two years after Hill's death. It would prove to be Benny's last special.
