      • Midnight (Anika Pavel): What's wrong, Harry?
        Harry (Benny): Wrong?
        Midnight: Yes, you've changed.
[Cut to shot of Harry wearing a cowboy suit.]
Harry: What makes you say that?
[Cut to two-shot of Harry and Midnight; Harry is wearing small bandages on his face after cutting himself shaving.]
Midnight: You can't leave me, where would you go to?
        Harry: Australia.
        Midnight: Australia?
[Cut to shot of Harry upside-down; his lip movements don't match the soundtrack]
Harry: I'll be one of the new Australians.
Midnight (Benny's voice dubbed in): But I thought we agreed to stay together.
Harry (Anika's voice dubbed in): [holding jewels] That was before I got my hands on these!

    • NOTES (4)

      • On Comedy Central's mid-1990's airing of this episode, the Pan's People "Love For Sale" number and portions of "The Police Raid in Waterloo Station" were cut.

      • This episode was taped on March 16, 1979, exactly six years to the day after the recording of Show 17.

      • This was the last episode to feature a series of quickies dealing with things that go wrong on television. These recurring sketches had been a mainstay of the show since Benny Hill came to Thames, but in recent years had been gradually de-emphasized. One factor in the final demise of these sketches was a series of specials which aired on ITV beginning in 1977 under the title of It'll Be Alright on the Night, produced by London Weekend Television (LWT) and hosted by Denis Norden, which showed the British public for the first time how things really went wrong on television, thus making Benny's staged, contrived outtakes seem dated. It'll Be Alright on the Night led to copycat shows and U.S. equivalents such as TV's Bloopers and Practical Jokes.

      • Pan's People are Pauline Crawford, Louise English, Abigail Higgins, Francesca Whitburn, Dee Dee Wilde and Sarah Woollett. (They are listed by both their individual names and group name so their appearance will be listed in their respective databases.)
