Watch during the closing "R. Dibble, Handyman" sketch. Benny's glasses keep changing between real thick lenses and normal ones.
The final shot of the opening "Love Ship" number and several portions of the "Hill's Angels: Chez When" routine (the opening part where Anna Dawson transformed into Benny, the first segment set to the music of "Girls, Girls, Girls," the beginning and ending of the "Last Tango" number, and the closing moments where Benny changes back into Anna) were cut by Comedy Central when the series aired on the channel in the mid-1990's.
On the other hand, a section of the "Testament Television" sketch was cut some time in 1987 or afterwards, as the segment made a reference to Liberace who died that year of AIDS. One factor in how it was cut was in the part where Benny mentions "David and Goliath." On the uncut version, a faraway camera shot of the actors assembled was shown, while on the version which deleted the Liberace reference, the camera shot is solely of him and Anna Dawson. The edited version of this sketch was shown on A&E Video's Complete & Unadulterated: The Hill's Angels Years - Set 6: 1986-1989 which was released in January of 2007, while the unedited version had been aired by Comedy Central.
This show was taped on December 6, 1985.
Starting with this episode, the closing credits would be laid out on a single-line crawl moving from right to left at the bottom of the screen during the runoff (previously the credits were on a roll, or occasionally on individual overlay cards). This new layout will be in place for all end credits for the remainder of the series' run.
