  • TRIVIA (2)

    • SONG TITLE DISCREPANCY: The episode menu on A&E's DVD set lists Benny's opening song as "Anna Marie," however the tune he performs here is of no relation to that which he sang at the start of Show #1, and in any case this number was called "Café Olé" on his posthumously-released 1992 CD Benny Hill . . . The Best Of.

    • On this show and Show #35, music executive Joyce Sharpen is incorrectly credited as Joy Sharpen.

  • QUOTES (0)

  • NOTES (4)

    • The Hill's Angels photocall and "Spuds You Like" (suitcases coming to life) vignettes were cut from this episode when it was repeated by Comedy Central in the mid-1990's, as were the initial moments of the "Chow Mein, Caterer" sketch and the two quickies which preceded it.

    • A few of the outdoor scenes in the "Hero" sketch look like they may have been filmed at Thorpe Park in Surrey, England.

    • This episode was taped on February 3, 1989.

    • This show was issued on VHS in 1997 by HBO Video under the title "Golden Giggles" in the first Golden Laughter collection.
