Samantha and Devon get back together and when all the pieces seem all to fall in place, a new problem ensues. Devon and Sam decide to go to the Halloween party at Colony dressed as ketchup and mustard. Everything is fine before Cynthia shows up drunk and dressed as relish. Sam becomes torn between spending time with her new boyfriend or Cynthia. When Sam finally confronts Cynthia, she does something shocking.moreless

Devon and Sam decide to give their relationship another shot, despite Sam's "10 year plan". Devon convinces her that it will be a lonely 10 years if she only goes to college to learn. Sam promises Devon that they will go to the "Halloween Freakfest" at Colony together, but Cynthia misunderstants Sam and thinks that she's invited too. Stuck in the middle, she decides to tell Cynthia that this will be her and Devon's first date, and she has to do this with him. Surprisingly, Cynthia understands, but later shows up anyway, trashed. Devon is annoyed at Cynthia for being the third wheel, and they soon tell her off. Cynthia leaves the club in an emotional breakdown only to hook up with a random guy, waiting outside. She takes him back to her dorm, and then demands that he leave. Distessed by what she did and past issues, she turns suicidal, climbing out on the ledge outside the dorm. It's up to Sam to save her, and she does. One of my favorites so far, Sam's a hero now.moreless

  This is a reference to the Saw movies. Jigsaw is the serial killer from the movies, who administers various lethal tests to his victims and claims that his victims' fates depend on their will to survive.
