Episode Summary

The Clampetts are doing repairs for their home, just as Elly is adapting to the look of a city girl, but not enjoying being called a "city girl." Drysdale and Jane have figure out a way to improve the Clampetts by lending them servants. However, the Clampetts don't want any servants, so Drysdale tells them that some of his staff is just going to be staying with them for a few days. The Clampetts accept, and Ravenswood, the Butler, and Marie, the upstairs maid, move in. Ravenswood gets scared of the Clampetts because he has had a bad encounter with Jethro before and sees Elly throw Jethro down the stairs. But everyone finally gets well acquainted, and all goes well, until Ravenswood makes the mistake of calling Elly a "city girl" and she chases him up to the top of the stairs and throws him down. Jethro catches him, but after he puts him down, Ravenswood faints.moreless
