In "The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis" Sheldon states that "Bears are terrifying" when Raj suggests they go to the Build A Bear workshop for Penny.
But in "The Werewolf Transformation", Sheldon brings a stuffed bear to his barber in the hospital, and does not seem scared at all.

Raj brought low-calorie beer and was drinking it all the way through - see the bottle on the table in front of him.

Not only that, he wouldn't have gone to a hospital in the first case.

Some people develop allergies later in life. They can also disappear.

For example, I know a guy that recently became allergic to shrimp... which is a shame because shrimp is his favorite food and ate tons of it years prior.

I've also heard about people having similar reactions to dogs and such. So it's possible it is real and not psychosomatic.

Sheldon's hospital phobia is all over the place - he's germ phobic, but likes having his brain scanned. He was happy to go there to be examined by Dr Steph, but didn't want to go when Mrs Wolowitz was there.

In the episode "The Roommate Transmogrification," there is a part where Amy teaches Sheldon self-massage. Amy asks him to put his right hand where the scapula meets the acromion process when in fact, the acromion process is part of the scapula. Sheldon guides his hand towards the medial border of the scapula but the acromion process is located laterally. It is pretty much closer to the shoulder (can even be used as a landmark for certain shoulder tests) and far from the vertebra. Sorry, I couldn't help but notice the mistake during the episode.

A few years ago, i actually submitted the trivia regarding the dumpling paradox ep where Raj spoke in front of penny. My trivia was rejected for this reason 'She was clear across the room and Raj was merely addressing Leonard. She was likely just far enough away for Raj not to be bothered/nervous. '

In season 5 episode 5, The Russian Rocket Reaction, Sheldon keeps his enemies list on a floppy disk. But Sheldon has a "eidetic" memory so that would be completely unnecessary.

Here's a huge mistake no-one has mentioned yet!

Howard Wolowitz has a heart condition as most recently repeated in the "The Good Guy Fluctuation", yet SOMEHOW he not only passed the physical, they put him through astronaut training in the "Werewolf Permutation"!

There's no-way NASA would be so sloppy with their rigorous health checks!

I just wanted to bring up one thing that I find odd, and kind of odd as whole in both the BBT world and the real world.

Howard built a space toilet that failed. In turn the people on the space station had the pleasure of having their own waste eject into the space station. That is a HUGE mistake. And to know that astronauts in space recycle/convert waste into drinking water to survive while in space. This would mean VERY bad things for the station.

Then there is the whole issue with Howard not passing a CIA security check for a high level government project. If you fail that then you know you would fail a security check to go onto the space station on the government dime. And to people who do not know the cost of sending people to space. Well, roughly take your weight and convert it into gold. That would be the cost basically.

So why would NASA send off a failed space plumber in space as a payload specialist well alone accept one of his designs after the fact for the space station. Just saying.

In "The Apology Insufficiency" Sheldon complains to the FBI because they didn't investigate Leonard's "accident" with some secret fuel and the elevator, but the reason they couldn't is because Sheldon himself never told them before. And I find hard to believe that he could keep that secret so well.

In "The Irish Pub Formulation" Sheldon talks to Leonard while the latter is using a laser, but Sheldon doesn't wear glasses, despite his obsession with security.

In "The Bat Jar Conjecture", supposedly Raj won't have problems answering the questions because the girls are mixed in the audience, but Leslie is sitting next to him during the competition, he shouldn't have been able to speak.

Pilot episode - Penny gets in the shower but the awesome shower curtain is not inside the bath which allows water to get on the floor. Yes, I know its not a mistake and many of us may be guilty of it at one time or another (well, not me) but I hate it. I'd like to say that this shows the shower clearly isn't running however I haven't seen the episode in a while and the shower head may be clealy visible and I wouldn't remember - It's probablyjust me being picky however I should state that a shower curtains mainjob is to keep water IN the bath.

I believe this was a mistake - in the episode when Wolowitz's mother goes to the hospital Leonard asks Howard if there is a history of heart disease in his family. Howard says his family IS the history of heart disease and there are cave paintings with his ancestors clutching their chests. We also know he has arrhythmia. But when Bernadette gets headhunted for a drug company she says she chose to work on ED because neither of them have heart disease in the family.

Many people choose to have a dual shower curtain, the decorative part hangs outside the tub and may even be non-waterproof cloth, while a simple plastic inside layer actually contains water and that would be inside the tub (and also often not as long as the outside part).
