    Hi

I think it's sad that Raj became such a caricature of himself.

He became useless in the show, he's just here to have "fun" dialogues/sentences exposing his constantly growing femine side or stuff like that.

He was interesting, and he is just a freaking caricature.

Well, others became caricatures (Sheldon for example), but not as much as Raj.

Raj doesn't seem to do anything in the show really. Even the Horowitz guy has more significance.

He has lost his place. Maybe he will be sent to India or be fired from the university?

No idea what you're talking about. There isn't a successful sit-com that ever was that didn't have caricaturized characters, it's inevitable.

You're mistaking caricature and caricature of caricature.

Raj was already a caricature. He didn't had to become that character.

And if you look closely, he said he became a caricature of himself.

If some people aren't convinced that Raj is just a woman now, watch the last episode.

Everyone acts like the opposite sex sometime or another. His feminine "traits" are overplayed for comedic effect.

    But it's not funny.
That was funny when light, like in first seasons.

I have to agree there, Raj isn't funny anymore.

He's not as connected to the others as he used to be, in my opinion.

Damn, I'm watching season 1/2 right now and he was really really good. So funny, always the good thing to say to make you laught.
I miss that Raj BIG TIME.

But that's Lorre's work. After a few seasons, his characters tend to rely only on one of his feature, and it's brought to the extreme.

This show jumped the shark a while ago
