Goof: Sheldon said he wouldn't be comfortable with a prostate exam which seems unlikely. In an earlier season when at a faculty party for the University the Dean (or President) goes to shake Sheldon's hand and then says, "Oh right. You don't like being touched." Sheldon responds, "I don't have an issue being touched. I have an issue with germs. If you properly glove yourself you can give me a rectal exam." It would seem if he would be comfortable with that then he would be okay with a prostate exam so long as it was preformed by a scrubbed and gloved medical official.
