  • Oh look ! There's an engagement ring in my wallet !

    9.0
Most guys keep a spare condom in their wallets but not Leonard. He has an engagement ring that he's held on to for a couple of years. Just in case !

For Leonard, it was perfectly understandable.

If I have one disappointment it was that Penny was meant to do the whole "Man" thing. Down on one knee, etc. but didn't.

The proposal brilliantly brought into the open by Penny losing her acting (?) job as a manic Gorilla girl with Will Wheaton as her stooge.

Loved it when Will got himself fired in Penny's defense.

Simon Helberg again showed his mimic chops as he took off Bernadette perfectly while looking after his mother.

I'm afraid I'm a big Lucy fan but to be fair, it is about time Raj got the girl, so good luck to the pair.

Only Shamy left to figure out what their respective trouser furniture is for (well, really only Sheldon) and that will be some cataclysmic moment.

Sadly, I'm already looking forward to the next series, so I hope they pull out all the stops for the final episode, next week.moreless
  • Good Episode!

    10
First half was boring, but it turned-around in the later half !

Good acting by Raj, Penny and Leonard, and also Howard when he played Bernadette! lol

  • Best Episode of Season 7... Ever.

    9.5
Ok, so I have been watching this sitcom since last year. The first several seasons were funny, but season seven had more appropriate humor, and less jokes. It turned into more of a drama. Nevertheless, I cared about the characters, so I watched every episode.

SPOILERS.... THIS IS YOUR LAST WARNING

Well, I have been hoping Leonard and Penny get married, but I never thought it would happen in season seven. I also have been hoping Raj finds someone. This also happened this season. I think the writers did that, because they didn't have a contract for three more seasons,(YAY), and wanted some closer to the show. Anyway, I don't condemn the writers for inserting less jokes; the show is funny anyway.moreless
  • Is this even a comedy show any more?

    2.0
After a small improvement over the last half-dozen episodes, this was truly abysmal. A little (long overdue) character development for Raj, but not a single laugh, not even a single hint of a smile through the whole show.

I'm watching this more out of habit than enjoyment now - hoping against all evidence that there might be a recovery like last series - but this series has been just painfully awful. I almost wish they'd just put it out of its misery.

I'm sure there will be people wetting themselves with excitement over the plot development with Penny and Leonard, but even the characters couldn't work up any enthusiasm about it, and I really couldn't care less.

The show just isn't funny any more, and hasn't been for the whole of this series, and almost all of series 4 & 5 - it's become a very dull drama about some people who used to be nerds and are now just boring couples doing boring thingsmoreless
