Amy states that the last time Sheldon was in the zone, he tried to figure out how electrones travel through graphine. Yet, when that happened during season 3, Amy wasn't introduced yet. The others could have told her about that, though.
Despite Amy's insistence that Indiana Jones' presence was not necessary to the story, the Nazis did not know where the headpiece was located and they followed Indy to Nepal to obtain it from Marian. First Amy was wrong and then the other guys when they seemed to acknowledge her fact.
Goof (Continuity): When Bernadette asks Howard if he wants some brownies, it is very clear that they have nuts in them. Howard is highly allergic to nuts (as seen in The Peanut Reaction); why would Bernadette make them with nuts if she knew Howard was highly allergic?
When Sheldon says that watching "Clash of the Titans" was causing Penny nightmares, he had probably watched it himself since the Kraken that attacked Leonard in his nightmare is seen in that movie. Also, Sheldon previously mentioned Kraken in episode "The Date Night Variable" by citing the line "release the Kraken!" from Clash of the Titans.
Goof: When Raj receives a message from Lucy saying she's not coming, he's holding the cel phone with his left hand, then in the next cut, he has it with the right hand.
In the first scene when they were all in the university's cafeteria, everyone in the background is wearing glasses. Except for two, all the extra's had glasses on.
Raj's RKoothrappali1 exists on YouTube.com, but it doesn't seem to be legit.
In this episode Sheldon says, "I've got the b word." But in Season 1 Episode 2 Sheldon actually says, "Gravity thou art a heartless bitch." Guess sometimes he is comfortable saying the "b word" and sometimes he isn't.
We get a glimpse of Howard's mother.
Goof: Sheldon said he wouldn't be comfortable with a prostate exam which seems unlikely. In an earlier season when at a faculty party for the University the Dean (or President) goes to shake Sheldon's hand and then says, "Oh right. You don't like being touched." Sheldon responds, "I don't have an issue being touched. I have an issue with germs. If you properly glove yourself you can give me a rectal exam." It would seem if he would be comfortable with that then he would be okay with a prostate exam so long as it was preformed by a scrubbed and gloved medical official.
One of Sheldon's GPS trivia questions is what four state capitols are not served by the Interstate Highway System. There are five capitols: Anchorage (AK), Carson City (NV), Dover (DE), Jefferson City (MO), and Pierre (SD).
GOOF: When the girls and Rajesh in the bar are talking about Rajesh's problem with finding the right woman. Amy seems to be totally surprised when Rajesh talks about his crush on Penny and Bernadette, also the fact Rajesh was in the bed with "naked" Penny!
Penny's story shouldn't have been a surprise to Amy, because in Season 5 episode 1 "The Skank Reflex Analysis" Amy found out that Penny and Rajesh had "sleeped" together, she was even trying to comforted Penny in her own special way.
Goof: While Penny and Bernadette go through Bernadette's wedding album it would seem there are no photos only blank pages.
Wil Wheaton's house address is 1701, a reference to the U.S.S. Enterprise registry number on Star Trekwhich is NCC-1701.
Will Wheaton is wearing the T-shirt of Felicia Day internet series "The Guild", where he portrayed the antagonist role "Fawkes".
Goof: In this episode Amy seems totally willing to dress up in a costume but in Season 4 Episode 11 The Justice League Recombination Sheldon says, "Amy doesn't believe in wearing costumes. She isn't the free spirit I am." Now granted maybe she feels different about Halloween as she does about New Years Eve but Sheldon didn't say that.
In this episode, Sheldon tells Penny that Leonard has a perfect driving record. But in the season 4 episode "The Love Car Displacement", Leonard is seen going 120 MPH just before the lights of a police car appear behind him.
Continuity: At the end of this episode, Raj says that he puts liquor in his dog's water bowl and that he (the dog) is "an angry drunk". However, when he is given the dog by Howard and Bernadette at the end of season 5, they explain that the dog is a female.
Judging from the laptop computer Howard uses, he is not on the International Space Station nor even in space as in real life the only models currently in use there are the IBM Thinkpad A31p and the Lenovo Thinkpad T61p, and the laptop used in the episode is clearly neither. No other models, except for three older IBM Thinkpad models no longer in use, have been certified by NASA for operating in space.
Music: Movement 1 (Allegro) of Concerto No. 1 in E major, Op. 8, RV 269, "La primavera" (Spring) from Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons.
