I've still got some of the John/Claire/Beech Saga on tape.  I don't like the new episodes as much, but i do love the ones where Beech is corrupt.

My favorite eps have got to be:

    Warm Bodies p1 &2

    Love or Money

    Room Service

Find The Lady (and the surrounding episodes.) etc.

All of which i've still got on tape, and i'm talking about the originals here, not the UKTV Gold ones, that skip some parts.

I dare say the tapes are ready to fall apart now though, i've watched them that often.  I was thinking of transferring them to DVD, but i've gotta get all the equipment first.  Darn, that means more money.  LOL.

My favorite quote is from the episode Room Service when Boulton uses that funny voice to get Beech away from the tapes.  To remind you all:

"I'd like to speak to Mr Beech Please?"

"Hey who's this?  I wanna speak to the organ grinder, not the monkey, now fetch me Mr Beech now and tell him it's very important."

My fav quote from the last ep australians saw is from when JT handed Gina the flowers, and that, and Gina gave them to Smithy and said "put these in water, preferably the Thames". lol! i love that quote.... Classic Gina @ her Best!

    I was just thinking that.

Another of my favourites was Lance's "He's so far in the closet he's in Narnia." or something like that. ANd when Sam told Alan Kennedy "You're not as unique as you think you are." I'm still not sure whether that made sense, I usually react to misuse of the word unique (you cannot put a comparitive or superlative in front of unique).

And in the first episode when Burnside told Lennie he was "as much use to me as a one legged man in an arse-kicking contest."

My favourite goes to my dear Sam (of course) ((and Jim helped too))

Jim Carver: 'I may have missed something, but you just said that 10 fish were worth £5000, that's £500 each fish!'
    Woman: 'That's right.'
Sam Harker: 'So, how much do the chips cost?'

I can't remember that, don't know the context, but even reading it is funny
