Pepsodent presents The Bob Hope Show, presenting the TV Guide Awards. Martha Raye and Dean Martin join Bob Hope for tonight's show, which concludes with the presentation of the fourth annual TV Guide Awards to winners selected by thousands of TV guide readers in final balloting. Bob Hope and TV Guide publisher James T. Quirk make the presentations in Hollywood. Arthur Schulman, assistant to the publisher, does the honors in New York. With the David Rose Orchestra. Highlights: "The Rating Investigator" finds Congressman Bilge (Bob) badgering the popular star (Dean) of a hillbilly series. In "Calling Miss Nightingale", TV's Dr. Kilroy (Bob) and Nurse Nightingale (Martha) are having script problems, they've run out of diseases. Martha sings "I'll Remember April". Dean sings "A Face in the Crowd".
