    • TRIVIA (1)

      • News item: Bob Hope was hoping to start production of "The Road to the Fountain of Youth" in England this summer with his buddy Bing Crosby. "Crosby's already invested money in the script, and you know him, he's not about to blow an investment", quipped Hope, who actually is quite concerned that Bing still remains in the hospital nearly three weeks after his 20-foot-fall from a Pasadena concert stage. Also to be in the film is old "Road" partner Dorothy Lamour and a new part for Bernadette Peters.
