  • Jack Wagner

    Nick Marone (2003-2012)

    8.7
Jack was born Peter John Wagner was born and bred in the small town of Washington, Missouri. Jack gained his independent, free spirit at an early age. A direct result was his early passion for the game of golf. There weren't many ten-year-olds out on the greens, but Jack excelled at the game becoming the Missouri Junior Champion as a teen. Though golf was his true love, Jack had a knack for all sports as a member of his high school's football and basketball teams. Jack's outgoing nature prompted one of his instructors to ask him to play Mr. Bumble in the school's production of "Oliver". Despite his new passion for the theater, Jack's heart was on the golf circuit. He got into the University of Missouri with the hopes of capturing a golf scholarship. It wasn't to be. However, Jack found another way to pay for college - the stage. Jack received a full acting scholarship at the university and so began a career. After completing his studies at the University of Missouri and the University of Arizona, Jack packed up and moved to Los Angeles. Within a few days, he was working as a tour guide at Universal Studios. From there, he lived the life of most young actors in Hollywood waiting tables and doing the retail thing. In 1982, Jack won his first professional gig as Brent Masterson on the soap "A New Day in Eden". Soon after, he had a limited run on the "Dallas" spin-off "Knots Landing". Jack's big break came in 1983 when he auditioned for mega producer Gloria Monty to play the supporting role of rocker Frisco Jones on "General Hospital". A star was born. Portraying rocker Frisco Jones not only thrust Jack into the spotlight as an actor, but opened the doors of the music industry for the self-taught guitarist. Jack soon had a record deal with Qwest Records and a #1 AC hit with "All I Need". Jack remained with GH for three and a half years before deciding to return to the theater including national tours of "Westside Story" and "Grease". After a two-year hiatus, he returned to television as GH's Frisco Jones. In 1991, he shook the soap industry by dumping the glitzy world of GH for the role of Warren Lockridge on the critically acclaimed "Santa Barbara". When SB ended, Jack dabbled in theater, television guest shots, and movies before landing the plumb role of Dr. Peter Burns on "Melrose Place", where he remained for five seasons. In January 2000, Jack once again returned to his roots - the stage. Jack landed his first starring Broadway role as the title characters in "Jekyll & Hyde". Jacks' other professional credits include the movies "Moving Target", "Swimsuit", "Play Murder for Me", "Trapped in Space", "Ladykiller", "Frequent Flyer", "Echo", "Dirty Little Secret", "Artificial Lies", "Nowhere to Land", "Trapped : Buried Alive", "Cupid's Prey" and "Ghost Dog". In 2002, Jack took on a new career challenge: interviewer. Jack developed the series "Off Course" for ESPN in which he interviewed athletes, actors and other notable figures during a round of golf. In 2003, Jack again surprised the industry by returning to daytime. Bradley Bell offered Jack the opportunity to develop the character of Dominick Payne on his internationally beloved series "The Bold & the Beautiful". Craving the opportunity to delve into the creative process, while staying close to home, Jack accepted. In 2005, Jack garnered an Emmy nomination for his role on the series. The role on "The Bold & the Beautiful" was also the vehicle to propel Jack back to the music business. Series Executive Producer Bradley Bell saw an opportunity and asked Jack to consider incorporating music into his character. Being that his character was a sea captain and probably had lots of idle time, Jack placed pen to paper and returned to the recording studio. 2005's "Dancing in the Moonlight" marked the release of Jack's first collection of new music in twelve years. When Jack isn't on the set, one can still find him indulging in his favorite pastime - golf. As a member of the Celebrity Players Tour, Jack has gained respect as one of the country's top celebrity golfers. On a more humanitarian front, Jack is also an avid supporter of AIDS research charities and the American Cancer Society. He's served as the chairperson for two AMFAR Boathouse Rock events in New York's Central Park.moreless

  • Heather Tom

    Katie Logan Spencer (#2) (2007-)

    8.5
Two-time Emmy Award winning actress Heather Tom (Victoria Newman on the "The Young and the Restless") is one of the most talented and promising young actresses working in Hollywood today. She possesses beauty, brains, talent and a passion for acting.

At twenty-six, Heather has accomplished what many fine actresses three times her age only dream of. When Heather was only 16, she won an Emmy Award for her portrayal of the tempestuous, troubled and oft-married Victoria Newman. Last year Heather became the most nominated actress in her category, receiving her 8th consecutive Emmy nomination. Heather has won the Emmy award twice (1993, 1999). The title was especially sweet because her brother David (Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless) also received his first nomination. In 1997, Heather won Best Younger Leading Actress at the Soap Opera Digest Awards. With her best friend Chad Allen (Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman), Heather has moved into the role of theatrical producer, successfully producing a revival of Neil Simon's Biloxi Blues as well as appearing in the play as "Daisy". The revival was so well received that it has won 5 Dramalogue Awards. Quite an accomplishment for a fledgling producer! Recently, Heather produced and starred in Gila, a play by Mark Medoff (Children of a Lesser God) and starring Phyllis Freilich which received rave reviews. For this role, Heather had to be fluent in sign language. Her talent overwhelmed audiences once again, earning Heather a Robbie Theatre L.A. Award nomination for Best Actress.

Heather's love for acting and theatre is life long. A commercial actress at the age of two, Heather was dancing with the Seattle Pacific Ballet at age 10. By the time she was 13, Heather and her actor-siblings Nicholle (The Nanny) and David were ready to break into Hollywood. They made a temporary, trial run move to Los Angeles, found work immediately and turned an out of town tryout into a long running hit. Her natural talent and ability got her started; her hard work, determination and intelligence keep her working. As a young actress, Heather took acting s at the Young Actor's Space, paying for each weekly session with the money she earned working at a local cookie shop. A focused, dedicated and giving performer, Heather landed guest appearances on many hot shows, including Kids Incorporated and Who's The Boss? She has co-starred in two movies of the week, ABC-TV's I'll Take Romance and CBS-TV's Deadly Whispers and has starred in the feature films Lessie's Rainbow and Lookin' Good. For Heather, acting is more than playing a part. As she describes it, "the feeling of losing the audience for a moment and truly becoming connected with the scene and the character is absolutely incredible".

Recognizing that she is fortunate to be not only a beautiful and talented actress but also a working actress, Heather is devoted to helping people who do not have the opportunities or options that she has. Heather was named Regional Ambassador for Childhelp USA, a national non-profit organization that assists abused children. Heather also works very closely with several AIDS service organizations such as Caring for Babies with AIDS, Project Angelfood, Tuesday's Child and AIDS Project Los Angeles. She has volunteered in the kitchen at Project Angelfood helping to prepare meals for those who are disabled by AIDS many times as well as appearing and working at fund-raisers for many organizations. Her acting career and charity works are only two of Heather's passions.

Politics could easily tie for first or second place in her affections. Heather loves to discuss politics, but she does more than "talk the talk". In the Congressional elections, Heather worked very closely with Congressman Loretta Sanchez's campaign as well as with "Rock the Vote" to help get out the younger voters. Heather also spends hours reading plays, scripts and classical literature. She is also an avid art collector who has amassed an impressive collection of sculpture, painting and prints. Theatre is where Heather's heart is and, as her career progresses, she has her sights set on Broadway.moreless

  • Scott Clifton

    Liam Spencer (2010-)

    8.9
Scott Clifton, 21-year-old co-star of ABC's daytime drama General Hospital
makes his home in the Hollywood area.

Scott's much 'buzzed" arrival as Dillon Quartemaine on the long-running Daytime Drama is not his first foray in acting. Scott's first on camera experience was at the tender age of birth. His drooling and mugging was soon replaced by a number of videos produced by his parents Ron and Faye in which he played various superheroes. He quips that they didn't have to serve their full sentence because of good behaviour. In addition to Scott's THREE time Emmy -nominated work on General Hospital, he has done numerous guest star appearances on many hit Television shows including Roswell and most recently, a recurring role on the hit show Judging Amy. His film work includes the film Peace Virus, Arizona Summer in which he co-starred and the soon to be released Death Strip.

A former self-proclaimed expert at the Pogo Stick, Scott is also a passionate fan of music with extremely eclectic taste. Tops on his list, at the moment, is the music of Matchbox 20, followed closely by Evanescence, Default, Nickleback, and 3 Doors Down. True to his Scottish/Irish heritage, he loves his Celtic music. Scott is a prodigious songwriter, who is currently working on creating a catalogue of songs in anticipation of that record deal waiting for him in his future. His two self-produced CDs UNTITLED and UNBEAUTIFUL are enjoying brisk sales.

Scott also enjoys spending time with his wolf (That's right. I said wolf) named Mist. Mist lives with his parents in the hills above Santa Clarita, CA with Scott's "Executive Producers" Ron and Faye. Thanks to his Dad, Scott is also a major nature enthusiast. A great part of his younger life was spent camping, fishing, and diving into plenty of virtually unknown high-altitude mountain lakes. He learned all about survival skills, safe and dangerous plants, and how to act around wild animals (so the wolf thing came naturally).

In the midst of all that Scott has going on in his life he is also a student of psychology and philosophy. By the age of sixteen, Scott had read almost every major holy book including The Bible, Torah, Qu'ran, Book of Mormon, and Tao Te Ching. As well, he still makes time to keep up with his on-going acting s. If Scott ever has any free time he can be found spending it with his very small circle of friends or usually writing or rehearsing his music.

He credits his acting career to an event at age nine. "My Mom gave me a copy of Hamlet and told me to read itwithin a day or two, I had the famous soliloquy memorized. The next week at an Oscar party, she introduced me to one of her friends who told me he wanted to teach me Shakespeare. If that hadn't happened, I probably wouldn't be an actor".
