The Bozo Super Sunday Show

Show Summary

The final incarnation of the classic WGN tv series. This show was started in 1994 and ran for two hours on Sunday mornings, in addition to the regular weekday Bozo Show. Shortly thereafter, the daily show was dropped for a number of reasons, mainly due to conflict of interest from other stations on the network. In 1996, the show started its final five year run. It was cut to an hour, and some popular segments were dropped for more educational segments in order to comply with new FCC guidelines mandating that a station must provide at least 3 hours of educational/informational programming per week. The show finally ended in 2001, ending a legacy that lasted nearly 4 decades.
