      Mike has to present some plans for an addition at King's Island, an amusement park in Cincinnati, so he invites the whole family along but when a mix-up occurs Mike is left with a Yogi Bear poster while Jan is left with Mike's plans which she loses on one of the many rides in the park.

      Marcia becomes involved with Jerry Rogers, a quarterback for the Fairview team. Greg immediately tells Marcia the only reason he's dating her is to get his playbook, a notion Marcia scoffs at, but no one is scoffing when he actually does swipe the playbook.

      Marcia has a big problem when she inadvertently makes two dates for the same night: one with Charlie and the other with Doug, the big man on campus. She makes an excuse to Charlie to go out with Doug but quickly learns Doug was only interested in having a pretty girl on his arm after Marcia is hit in the face with a football, resulting in a swollen nose and a bruised conscious. Meanwhile, the parents' bedroom is being painted.

However, Jan, while not wearing her glasses, accidentally destroys the portrait and the kids must scramble to get a new one taken.

Cindy gets really antsy when Carol announces that she plans to wear them to a costume party in which she and Mike are going as Cleopatra and Marc Antony.

      Part 2 of 3: After escaping the jail cell, Mike and Peter return with the prospector, who apologizes for locking them up and stealing their car. Later, the Bradys finally arrive in the Grand Canyon and set up camp. Later, the family is thrown into a panic, when Bobby and Cindy get lost in the canyon while chasing an Indian boy.

      Jan is upset when her friend, Lucy Winters, sends a birthday party invitation but accidentally addresses it to Marcia. Tired of being the middle blond girl of the family, Jan tries to alter her appearance by buying a black wig, which she intends to wear to Lucy's upcoming birthday party. Meanwhile, Peter is horrified that Margie will be attending the party, a girl who has a major crush on him.

      Mike has to check on the construction of a building that his construction firm is building and it so happens the building is in Hawaii, so he takes the whole family along.       One evening, Jan and Cindy claim to have seen a ghost, but it is revealed to be a trick by Greg, Peter and Bobby. This leads the girls to use the same tactics the boys used to scare them. However, things get out of hand when Alice becomes the target of the scare tactics, but Mike and Carol inadvertently become the victims.

      Peter goes to a party and apparently someone there tells him that he's dull and doesn't have a personality. Convinced he doesn't have personality, Peter goes all out to try to get one. After imitating celebrities, Peter decides to try a funny personality in which he stocks up on jokes and plans to show his new personality off at a party. Meanwhile, Bobby and Cindy whip the house into shape after learning about fire safety at school.

To get even, Marcia and Greg plan a trick for Peter to fall for with the help of the trusty tape recorder.

      The kids begin to give Alice the cold shoulder treatment after she reveals that Greg and Peter broke an antique lamp of Carol's. The girls join the bandwagon when Alice innocently tells Carol that Marcia left the stereo on all night. Feeling unwanted and no longer needed, Alice quits.

Later, Cindy suddenly feels important when she suddenly gets a mysterious letter from a secret admirer.

      Bobby, wanting to get rich quick, begins selling bottles of hair tonic and sells a bottle to Greg. However, Bobby runs for his life after the tonic turns Greg's hair orange, the day before his high school graduation.

      During a surfing competition, Greg wears Bobby's taboo idol and "wipes out". Soon after, Greg, Peter and Bobby learn of the ancient superstition from a construction worker, Mr. Hanalei. This leads the boys to search for an ancient burial ground to return the idol to break the curse. However, when they arrive at the burial ground, they are unaware of a shadowy figure trailing them.

      Marcia and Jan mistakenly overhear Sam and Alice discussing elopement and jump to the conclusion that Sam and Alice are secretly planning to. This leads the Brady family to begin planning a wedding reception. When in reality the only people eloping is Sam's cousin Clara.

      Both Bobby and Cindy have to opportunity to try out to be on a televised children's quiz show if they get a certain score on a written test.       While playing ball with Greg and Bobby, Peter breaks Carol's favorite vase on the eve of a camping trip that he's looking forward to. This leads Mike and Carol to deduce that Peter is the culprit and do their best to try to get him to confess.

      Peter, Jan and Cindy rush home from school with the news that they've joined the glee club. Feeling left out, Mike and Carol encourage Bobby to test his musical ability and they get him a set of drums. The family is soon driven up the wall, with Bobby's constant "practicing." Meanwhile, Peter is made fun of for being in the glee club by his football teammates, calling him a "canary."

      Peter comes home with the great news that he's been given his own column in the school newspaper. Peter quickly becomes popular with his classmates when they find their names in his newspaper column. Meanwhile, when he starts getting a poor grade in his biology class, he decides to improve it by flattering his teacher in his column.

      It's the beginning of another school year, and Marcia panics about becoming a freshman in school, going as far as pretending to be sick. That is, until a pack of cigarettes falls out of his jacket.

      At school, a reporter interviews Marcia and a friend of hers and asks her about her views on Women's Liberation. When the boys scoff at her ideas of being able to do the same things boys do, she decides to prove her point and tries joining Greg's Frontier Scouts to prove a woman can do anything a man can do.

      Cindy comes home in tears after a bully, Buddy Hinton begins picking on her because of her lisp. One afternoon, Peter encounters Buddy teasing Cindy and defends her, but gets a black eye in the process. After, Mike and Carol try to reason with Buddy's parents but get nowhere, Peter goes into training, so he can defend himself, if Buddy picks a fight.

      Marcia comes home from school in a daydream and the rest of the family can't figure out her problem. It seems Marcia has a crush on a boy who doesn't even know she's alive, at least not until she studies up on his favorite hobby, insect collecting. The next time she comes home from school, she has exciting news, he asked her to "go steady."

      Marcia makes a promise that she will get Davy Jones to perform at the prom. Soon the entire family tries to think up ways to get a hold of him, including sending telegrams, visiting a TV studio where he is appearing on a television show and masquerading as busboys at a hotel.

      Greg has finally landed a date with Sandra but he will only be able to go out with her if he can get a date for her visiting cousin, Linda. He turns to the last resort, he gets Peter to wear a fake mustache and act as if he were an older man. Meanwhile, Mike and Carol begin brushing up on their Spanish, in anticipation of Mike's visiting Spanish-speaking clients.moreless

      Cindy comes home in a flurry of excitement; it seems she has won a trophy. Seeing this, Bobby realizes he is the only Brady without a trophy.       The principal calls home to alert Mike and Carol to the fact that Bobby's playing Jesse James at school. This leads Mike and Carol to learn just how obsessed Bobby is about his "idol" and try to dissuade him from worshipping a cold hearted killer. However, their attempts seem to backfire, that is until, Mike tracks down a man whose father was killed by Jesse James.moreless

      Jan has been smitten with Clark Tyson and they've been studying together. However, when Marcia casually, steps in the family room, Clark is instantly smitten. Jan becomes insecure about her looks and seeks out ways to get rid of her freckles. However, later, not wanting people to feel sorry for her, Jan makes up an imaginary boyfriend, George Glass, just in time for a surprise birthday party, being thrown by her family.

      When Marcia gets the lead as Juliet in the school play, she's not sure she can tackle such an important part.       After witnessing a magician performing a disappearing act, a scared Cindy refuses to sleep with the lights off. Meanwhile, Peter begins to develop a magic act and a reluctant Cindy agrees to be his assistant; that is, until Peter seemingly makes Bobby disappear.

      While shopping at Driscoll's Toy Store, Peter looks up to see a wall about to fall on a little girl. He quickly pushes her out of the way. This leads to immediate media attention and Peter is named a hero. However, Peter lets all the attention go to his head, being arrogant and annoying his friends and his brothers and sisters.

      Bobby is crestfallen when he is picked to be safety monitor at school. With Mike and Carol's encouragement, Bobby becomes determined to be the best safety monitor ever but in the process becomes the most unwelcome person at his school, not to mention at home. Meanwhile, Mike saves a sailboat from being taken to the junkyard and the Bradys fix it up and name it the S.S. Brady.moreless

      Mike's boss, Mr. Phillips, invites him and his family on a fishing trip on his boat. However, when Cindy comes down with tonsillitis, the trip is postponed, to everyone's dismay. Tonsillitis quickly claims another, when Carol also must have her tonsils taken out. Later, during recovery, Carol, who is not supposed to answer the phone, inadvertently insults Mr. Phillips.

      Season 1 - Episode 25
      Jan receives a mysterious locket in the mail with no indication of who sent it. Pretty soon a manhunt begins to find the culprit, since the only clue is the typewriter used to type the address drops its 'y.' Meanwhile, the locket mysteriously vanishes and Greg suggests that they re-enact exactly what they were doing the night is vanished.moreless

      While playing football in a vacant lot with Greg and Peter, Bobby discovers a wallet containing $1,100. When the girls learn about the boys' coup, they decide they want a cut of the money, this leads to yet another fight in the Brady household.

      Greg's history project is a home movie about the pilgrims with the rest of the Brady clan as the cast. However, the other Bradys have their own ideas about how the movie should go, and they soon take over and Greg loses control of his own project.
