Chris Knight has another contact with the same actress on another episode in the season 2 episode, Will the Real Jan Brady Please Stand Up?. But on that episode, she played Margie Whipple at Lucy Winters' birthday party, a girl that Peter could NOT stand!

Frank DeVol, the creator of The Brady Bunch theme song, played the horn playing father at the variety show. This was his only appearance on The Brady Bunch.

Carol while looking over lead sheets says the lyrics today make no sense. This is very inacurate as the in early 70s, and especially when this episode was shot the leading artist of the day were the Carpenters, Bread and Olivia Newton-John all soft rock acts.
