When Bobby and Cindy are not invited to a wedding because they're too young, they set out to do something important. Their goal, break a teeter-totter record. As the rest of the family takes their attempts lightly, news reporters make a visit to the Brady household to report on their efforts.   • There is a moral in this episode - that I'll explain in my review.

    Like I said, there is a moral in this episode. The moral is that kids can do stuff do. Just because they are just kids doesn't mean they can't do anything important. Well anyway, Bobby and Cindy, after receiving news that they are the only Brady family members not going to the wedding because they are too young, they set out to set a record. A teeter totter record. Bobby and Cindy would try to break the old record of hours on a teeter-totter nonstop. The old record: Slightly over 124 hours. But anyway, I thought this was a fabulous episode. Bobby and Cindy were great in this episode.moreless

    In this episode Cindy and Bobby feel like they are always getting treated like they are not important. So, they come up with an idea to prove to everyone in the family that the two kids can do something important too. They decide to try to beat the world record for the longest ever stayed on a teeter totter without stopping record. The family doesn't take them seriously. When some reporters stop by the house to interview Cindy and Bobby, the rest of the family are really surprised by it. Meanwhile, Carol is having trouble finding the perfect gift for her cousin's wedding.

    The Teeter-Totter Caper is a fantastic episode. This particular episode is about how young kids are often given the brush off because they are too young to help. First there is a wedding invitation but Bobby and Cindy were not invited because they are too young to attend. Later on Bobby wants to help Greg and Peter to repair Marcia's radio but they said it is tricky and is best that they repair it themselves. Meanwhile Cindy wanted to help Marcia and Jan paint a chair, same result. Too young to help. Depressed, Bobby and Cindy watched TV and was inspired by college kids attempting to break a teeter-totter record. So they did their best and ultimately failed. But they did get their picture and story in the newspaper, thus feeling that little kids can contribute to the world.moreless
