The Brady Bunch

This is the first time we see Mike Lookinland with blonde hair. In the original series his hair was dyed to match Christopher Knight's and Barry Williams' hair color.

The closing credits in the original series had a grid of 9 people that they showed their faces and names of theiractors that played the Brady kids. They had 3 girls on the left, 3 boys on the right with Mike and Carol in the middle, and Alice in the center. The 1988 reunion moviehad a grid of 16 people that included the inlaws, grandkids and original cast.

In the movie "The Brady girlget married" in 1981 Cindy enters college as a freshman. This movie is filmed in 1988. That means Cindy would have been in college for 7 years.

It it strange that Bobby and Cindy to be still in college. It is 1988 and they should be in their late twenties and their careers just started.

There is another bathroom revealed in this reunion movie by the den. In the original series they were upstairs. Apparently Mike and Carol had the house remodeled after all the kids left.

The opening credits has the original theme song with the Brady kids singing, and the cast photos from the first season and changes to the adult kids and older Carol, Mike, and Alice photos with the Christmas decoration around.

In real life, Maureen McCormick (Marcia Brady) was pregnant during the filming of this movie. Later that year, in May 1989, she gave birth to her daughter Natalie.

When Carol gives the woman the check, she has a bracelet, but in the later when Carol says, "Told you i was Mrs. Mike Brady", the braclet's gone.

Throughout the entire series, they never showed the entrance door to the laundry room, a bathroom on the first floor, the parents' bathroom in their bedroom, or the door to the kids' bathroom from the hall. Their first floor must have at least a half bathroom, meaning a bathroom without any bathing facilities.

The middle aged woman under the hair dryer at the beauty parlor is Mildred Schwartz, Sherwood Schwartz' wife.

This is the third time Hope Sherwood would change her role on the show. First she was Jenny Wilton as Marcia's friend in one episode, then Rachel as Greg's date and girlfriend in two episodes, and now Gretchen as Greg's graduating classmate in this episode.

Throughout the entire episode, Greg states that graduation is "tomorrow." However, when he is in the beauty parlor, there are two girls from his class who just got their hair done. They clearly state that graduation is "tonight."
Explaination: Maybe Greg couldn't get an appointment until the next day.

This is the only episode where the Bradys had a pool table.

This is the only episode where Bobby got to sleep on the upper bunk bed. Oliver was below him.

When Mike went to play Mr. Matthews, he started to take his tie off. In the next scene, his tie was still on but his jacket was off.

This is the second episode where Bobby has a dream fanatasy about being a star. The first was in the episode entitled "The Winner"

This was the second episode in which Marcia had a diary. The first was "Possible Dream".

Start with this episode, Mike has a different boss, Mr. Harry Matthews. If you listen carefully in the next episode, when Mr. Matthews comes to the Brady house, you'll hear Mike call him "boss".

When Oliver said "I wish we had a push button phone". The Bradys had only rotary dial phones throughout the series. The Mary Tyler Moore Show was a show in the seventies that had push button phones in the tv station where the crew worked. The Bradys finally had push button phones in the tv movie "The Brady Girls get married" and "A Very Brady Christmas".

Mike is in the scene where Peter's plan falls apart. But after the fade-out where Peter has finished explaining himself, Mike has vanished from the scene.
