  • Peter Meets Aurther at School, yet he is Peter's Double!!!

Possibly my favorite episode of the series,Peter meets up with a lookalike guy named Arther and right off,He test the waters by having Arther goes and meet the family as Peter.

Later, a series of events leads Peter to have 2 dates on the same night,a girl he likes and the daughter of a clinet Mike has.

Here is where it gets great, Peter and Arther will get togather and Arther will stay at home with the daughter while Peter goes to the costume party with the other.

Only Arther calls up and says he will be late.

Peter have to rush inbetween both of the girls to keep from getting himself in trouble,..

Another fine example of the Lone Ranger Theme is here as Peter dons the costume and back agian till Arther gets there.moreless

  • TRIVIA (5)

    • Mike is in the scene where Peter's plan falls apart. But after the fade-out where Peter has finished explaining himself, Mike has vanished from the scene.

    • In "Coming Out Party", Mr. Phillips' first name is Harry.

    • In the beginning shot of the house before Mike tries testing his jokes on Carol, Greg, and Alice for a split second you can see Mike's old blue convertible coming into the house.

    • Starting with this episode, Mike's current boss, Mr. Ed Phillips, is retired. It referenced he is retiring, because Mike is master of ceremonies at a banquet in Mr. Phillips honor.

    • Oliver, Bobby, and Cindy are seen playing checkers. Checkers was probably the most frequently played game played by the Brady kids.

  • QUOTES (1)

  • NOTES (6)

    • Peter is now 15 years old.

    • Robbie Rist (cousin Oliver) first came to Sherwood Schwartz' attention when he tried out for a role on "Kelly's Kids". He didn't get the part, obviously, but he left an impression.

    • First filmed episode to feature Cousin Oliver played by Robbie Rist whereas the previous episode titled "Welcome Aboard" was the first aired episode to feature him in which he was moving in with the Bradys. This must explain why this episode was airing before the previous episode in the syndicated reruns.

    • Kathy O'Dare would go on to play the object of Richie Cunningham's affections in the very first episode of Happy Days. Also, Maureen McCormick and Christopher Knight would both make appearances on that show.

    • Denise Nickerson is known as Violet on the 1971 motion picture Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and Amy Jennings/Nora Collins/Amy Collins on Dark Shadows. She was also a regular on 'The Electric Company' the previous season as a member of The Short Circus .

    • Christopher Knight portrays dual roles in this episode.
