Bullwinkle was flown away to a far-away place, where apparently his weather forecasting bunion is needed. Meanwhile, Rocky is sent to the weather bureau for help, getting his first glimpse at modern weather forecasting technology. With that, he meets the meteorologist, Capt. Peachfuzz, who tells Rocky that he was transferred from being the head of G-2, to the weather bureau, where his methods of forecasting weather is to name a city, then throw a dart at a weather map. Later, Rocky and Capt. Peachfuzz go to help Bullwinkle, when Peachfuzz tried to contacts Washington; he ends up contacting an air force. With that, the air force thought they were to shoot down Rocky. Later, Rocky and Capt. Peachfuzz leave in a little plane to find the plane with Bullwinkle while the air force try to follow them, but have trouble due to the fact that Capt. Peachfuzz had a terrible coarse. After shaking the air force, Capt. Peachfuzz's coarse by sure-dumb-idiot luck exactly matched the one of the mysterious plane with Bullwinkle. All of the sudden, Rocky ended up in the crosshairs of the mysterious plane's weapon.
