Rocky, Bullwinkle, Gidney, and Cloyd are forming a human fence at the pass to stop the army of metal-munching mice from striking the little town of Podunk Junction. But unfortunately, the moon mice took another way. Rocky gets an idea to hire a pied piper to pipe away all of the metal-munching mice. Gidney and Cloyd think it's a ridiculous idea, but Rocky and Bullwinkle try it anyway. They advertised in the newspaper, and Boris comes along posing as "Roughonrats Chasemov". Rocky wonders if he's a real piper, but Boris pull out a pipe and begins to pipe smoke rings. Rocky makes a deal with him that he'll receive a dollar for every metal-munching mouse he pipes away. Boris comes by with a line of the mice, but little did our heroes know that he was leading the same line in a large circle to make it look like he's piping more mice. Rocky owes Boris $6000. After that, Rocky and Bullwinkle spot one that Boris missed. Rocky has to leave it instead of take it. Gidney and Cloyd brought down 100,000 of the mice. Gidney tells them that it wasn't the moon men's idea; it was Mr. Big's idea! Rocky and Bullwinkle told the moon men about their terrifying encounter with Mr. Big.
