When Scales comes to the tailor shop to take the job from Fleming, it's clear in several long shots that there's nothing on his left (screen right). However, at 22:05, as Scales says "Consider it done" and the camera goes in for a middle shot, there's suddenly a suit rack to screen right. Also, in the long shots, Scales is standing behind the silvery suit on screen left. In the same 22:05 shot, he instantly moves so that he's just in front of the suit.
Earlier in the episode, Patrick Portman states that the Chandlers all died in a plane crash in 1976 when the mother was 8 months pregnant but later in the episode when Netta Stilton hands Orwell the admission records of Ronald Reechand (anagram for Conrad Chandler, the alleged baby), you can clearly read that the date of admission of the baby was April 19, 1975, several months before he was supposed to be born.
According to her file, Raia's full name is Ellen Detroit Raia.
Scales is said to have offed his driver for "making a right on red", meaning he was very temperamental. This is probably a writer oversight, as making a right on red is only prohibited in NYC, whereas Palm City is a pseudonym for Los Angeles. In his native England, a right turn on red is impossible, as they drive on the left.
The English subtitles for Russian dialogue spoken at the very beginning of this episode are inaccurate. When the subtitles say "...understand?", the warden actually says in Russian "I'll kill you." A bit later the warden's Russian "He understood it all" is subtitled as "Take him away."
