What the show basically is, for those of you who haven't seen it, is a skateboarding talk show with the hosts Captain and Casey. Every episode they have a funny intro during the theme song (ala Simpsons), most of them are pretty crazy and just don't make sense, but that's what makes the show. Then they pretty much show some montages of skateboarding, both street and transition, have a guest, usually a pro skater, and then have the couch-warmer, which is an amateur skateboarder who sends in his own footage.
Overall, most episodes are pretty good. The positives are the original music, the skating in the videos, the skaters featured on the show, and the complete randomness of the hosts. The negatives are the fact that it looks like it's being filmed in someone's basement (probably due to lack of sufficient funds for professional quality), an overload of transition skateboarding in pools and skateparks and such, and the feel that they need to go to commercial after each segment to try to earn a buck.
In conclusion, I will always watch the show, especially because of the plethora of footage from Santa Monica and Venice Beach California featuring Chris Roberts and Joey Brezinski. Also, you have to love the skater owned and run feel the show has and the fact that the hosts do actually skate and know what they're talking about.. An 8/10 should suffice and I recommend every other episode.
