Chris and Yola, talking in the green room at Bimbo's about Ms. Marsh and the house she may be looking to leave. Yola had just been on the phone with her:
Chris: "Is that the old lady with the house?"
Yola: "Yes. And FYI, I would be helping her out even if she didn't have a great house. She is like, she's like this storybook grandma."
Chris: "Uh huh… And you're like Little Red Riding Hood with a bag full of escrow papers."
Kenney and Roly bring boxes of their own junk to sell at Chris' yard sale; a move Chris isn't too keen on:
Chris: "Hi guys. Glad to see I could help you with your spring cleaning…"
Roly: "Well, we thought as long as you were having a nice little…"
Chris: "I know what you thought. As long as I'm having a yard sale and providing the advertising and the venue, you guys would just hop on."
Kenney: "Advertising and venue? Who are you, Bill Graham? It's a yard sale for crap's sake."
