This episode is hilarious. I loved the interview with Yonk. It was so hilarious when they read the paper and it said Eileen was his wife. This show is so hilarious. Nicole and Duncan finally get together. Richie was also funny. This episode was definitely a series classic, in my opinion, anyway. It was so well written and cleverly plotted. It was the perfect installment. I enjoyed watching this episode. This series is so exciting and you never know what will happen next. I was on the edge of my seat watching this episode, whenever I wasn't laughing. This episode was definitely above average.moreless
  • Duncan and Richie finish Nicole's house and she is not happy about it.

I thought that this episode was really funny as usual. I have come to except nothing less from the writers of The Class. I thought that it was really that Ethan was going to break up with Palmer evan though he did not go through with it then Kyle tries to comfort her without knowing that they have not broken up. But in the end she breaks up with him. It was funny when Yonk kept calling Nicole by the wrong name i think it made her relieze that she still has feelings for Duncan and wants to be with him.moreless
  • Amazing.

Wow. Just wow. What else can a person expect from a great comedy show than a great batch of amazing jokes, great actors and an interesting story?

As the season is coming to an end, "The Class" seems to be getting better every week. I absolutely love all the characters and their stories and they seem to be getting all in the right way. People thought the show would never make it. Well, they were obviously wrong.

The entire Ethan-Palmer breaking up story, Palmer's brain, Kyle's big mouth and Kat's usual jokes was an amazing part of the episode, but I must say that Yonk was probably the best character overall in this episode. The jokes about his ex-wife Eileen and Nicole were just amazing. The guy is so stupid that you just must laugh at his comments.

Lina and Richie didn't have any story today, but the scenes they were in were also great. And finally, Nicole and Duncan are together. What happens next? I don't know for you, but the only thing I'd like to do right now is to play this episode over and over again and laugh 'till I drop! :-)moreless
  • WOW.

THE BEST episode so far. There was SO much character development. Richie/Lina: They hadn't a very big part on the episode, but they were so amusing, with the whole "team" thing. Nicole/Duncan: As much as I'd love for them to get together, I have the feeling lots of things are going to happen before they get together for good. But their last scene was so beautiful. The water started to fall and they didn't even care. "I fixed it!!"

Kat/Ethan: I think it's amazing the way they've been developing Kat and Ethan's relationship. They shined on this one, once again. It was the CUTEST thing I've ever seen, from the beginning to end. Things are starting to get interesting. I mean, the way Kat said "FINALLY!" when Ethan told her and Kyle he was going to break up with Palmer... It's also nice to see Kyle has been increasing as a character, by the way. Not just one buffer. Anyway, it was also worth of shivering how Ethan said "I mean, don't you want the person you're meant to be with like your best friend?" with a following shot of Kat. Awesome. And the breakup between Palmer and Ethan... after they ended it, I was like "It would be so funny if Palmer said something about Kat." and then she did, and Ethan was like "that's not possible. is it?" I loved how he kept calling Palmer and asking for further explanation. "There's a chemistry between you two! Feels like it's meant to be, WHAT can I tell ya'?" And when he stopped by Kat's next, he was like, all nervous and awkward. And when Kat actually hugged him! He was all awkward... awww!! Feelings are finally starting to be developed. They should continue with this show, I can't wait to see where this is going.moreless

    • The Scene in Lina's apartment, when Duncan tells Richie that he's on the team, was originally planned to be filmed on the set of Duncan's house but due to it not being set up during the week of production, the writers decided to film it on the set for Lina's apartment.

    • During the scene in a grocery store's produce section, a sign for cantaloupe is misspelled "cantalope".

  • QUOTES (22)

    • (After Ethan tells Kat he ended things with Palmer)
      Kat: How about a hug?
Ethan: (unsure, but smiling) You don't hug.
Kat: Hey! I give that like two or three a year! (She hugs him tight and he hugs her back, awkwardly and thoughtfully)
      Kat: She wasn't for you.
      Ethan: (a bit nervously) No?
      Kat: No.
      (She pulls away from him)
Kat: We'll find you the right one, though. (She flicks him on the stomach, playfully) You'll see.
      Ethan: (awkwardly) Yeah.
(He watches her for a second, thoughtfully, seeming to wonder whether to tell her or not)
Ethan: Uh, you know, it's funny you say that, 'cause uh... Palmer said the craziest thing!
      Kat: Oh yeah?
(Kat hands him a glass of wine)
Ethan: Yeah, uh, she thought that...
(Kat looks over Ethan's shoulder to Benjamin, who just walked in)
Kat: Violin dude! What the hell are you doing here?!
Benjamin: My concert was cancelled. And I had to see you...
      Kat: (happily) Yeah you did!
(They kiss and Ethan watches it, uncomfortably)
Ethan: Right, uh. You guys do that... uh... I'm just gonna... (Kat and Benjamin keep kissing) Okay. (Ethan leaves)

    • (After Ethan breaks up with Palmer, he goes to talk to Kat)
Ethan: I just... ended it with Palmer.
Kat: (sarcastcally) And she uh... she understood what was going on?

    • (After Ethan opens the door to ask Palmer about the Kat thing for the third time)
Palmer: There's a chemistry between you two, it feels like it was meant to be, what can I tell ya'?!

    • (After Palmer says Ethan is in love with Kat)
      Ethan: Uh, Palmer?
      Palmer: Yeah?
Ethan: Uh... when you say me and Kat... (confused) Where are you getting that?
Palmer: I don't know, it just... it seems like you guys are totally right for each other.

    • Palmer: (to Ethan, after they decide to break up) It's funny. I always figured that if you broke up with me it's because you're in love with Kat.
Ethan: (shocked) What?! Me and Kat? No! That's crazy, that's...
(he laughs a bit nervously and frowns)

    • (Ethan has told Kat and Kyle that he is going to break up with Palmer)
Kyle: Why, did something happen? Boo?
Ethan: No. And she's really great. It's just she's...
      Kat: Ditsy? Vacuous? Insipid? Dim?
Ethan: No! She is not dim! (to Kyle) You don't think she's dim, do you?
Kyle: Well, she's not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Kat: She's not the sharpest tool in the Nerf factory!

    • (Duncan has just told Nicole that he and Richie will be done with her house by Saturday)
Nicole: Well that's super. Not having to wake up to you guys every morning, finally getting a little peace and quiet around here! Yep. It's gonna be nice and quiet.
      Richie: Need a cupcake?
      Nicole: I think I do!
(Nicole takes a cupcake and begins to eat it)
      Richie: Are you eating paper?
      Nicole: Uh huh.

    • (Nicole comes into the room with a plate of cupcakes)
      Nicole: Hey, I've got cupcakes.
      Duncan: Nah.
Richie: Oh, no, I'm not so hungry.
Nicole: Didn't bake them, just bought them.
      Richie: I'll have one.
      Duncan: Sounds good.

    • Kyle: Oh, hey!
      Palmer: Oh, hi.
Kyle: Oh. How are you doing?
Palmer: I know. I look like crap. I didn't sleep at all last night.
Kyle: Sure. (Palmer gives him a funny look) Ethan told me he was gonna...anyway, I'm really sorry. Break-ups suck.
      Palmer: What?
      Kyle: What?
      Palmer: (angrier) What?
      Kyle: (angrier) What?
Palmer: Ethan's breaking up with me?
      Kyle: No!
      Palmer: But you just said!
Kyle: Well, because you said that you didn't sleep!
Palmer: I didn't sleep because I had too much coffee!
Kyle: Well you should have said so! See, that's not fair! I mean, that's not fair to me!
Palmer: I can't believe that he wants to break up with me!
Kyle: No, no! He didn't say he wanted to break up with you... he said that he wanted to wake up with you! Yeah, it's a loving thing. That's our boo!
Palmer: Do you think that I'm stupid?
      Kyle: Not anymore.

    • (Palmer is talking seriously about her possible future with Ethan)
Palmer: Do we have a future? What will cars look like then?

    • (Nicole and Duncan were talking, Yonk interrupted them due to his interview)
Yonk: Sweetheart, where was that restaurant where that crippled busboy was so excited to see me that he peed himself?
Nicole: One sec. (to Duncan) I have to...
      Duncan: Right.
      (Duncan leaves)
Nicole: It was Miami. On our honeymoon.
Yonk: That's right. That kid was so excited! It was the highlight of our trip.

    • (Yonk calls Nicole "Eileen" for the second time)
Yonk: Did I just do it again?
      Nicole: You sure did!
      (Yonk smiles)
Yonk: Well that's what you get for being the third wife! I tell you what... I promise I'll call the next one "Nicole"!

    • (While doing an interview...)
Yonk: (about Nicole) Eileen here makes sure that I only eat... (Nicole reacts) What?
Nicole: You... You called me Eileen.
Yonk: No! I did? (the reporter confirms it) Come on. Eileen was my second wife. She was a big old stripper.

    • Palmer: What?
Ethan: It's just... You're really great and I'm really dumb.
Palmer: Ohhh! I usually hear it the other way!

    • Yonk: I think I blinked. (while Kat was photograhing him)
Kat: Well, pick up a paper tomorrow and find out!

    • Yonk: You're a little firecracker, aren't you?
Kat: Yes, that is what I am.

    • Yonk: Hey, you the picture lady?
Kat: Well, I am holding the picture machine!

    • Kyle: Why do you want to break up with her? (referring to Palmer)
Ethan: I don't feel like it can go much further. I mean, we don't have a real connection, you know... I mean... Don't you want the person you're with to be like your best friend?
Kat: Or at least know that the moon isn't a planet.
Ethan: Oh come on! It's round. It's in the sky. Cut her some slack!

    • (Palmer leaves during dinner)
      Kyle: She is so sweet.
Ethan: Yeah, I'm.... breaking up with her today.
Kat: FINALLY!!! (Ethan gives her a strange look) Or NO!

    • (After Palmer makes a stupid comment about Europe)
Kat: You know, sometimes, you can do thinkin' without sayin'.

    • Ethan: So, where is Benjamin these days?
      Kat: Playing concerts in Europe.
Palmer: I always think the word "Europe" sounds gross. Like-"I drank too much and I'm gonna Europe."

    • (Duncan just told Nicole that Richie and he will be done with their job soon)
      Nicole: Wait. Done?
      Duncan: Done.
Nicole: You did everything you had to do?
      Duncan: I did.
Nicole: And re-did everything Richie did?
      Richie: He did!
