  • A huge disappointment, and I am being extremely generous with this rating.

This episode was a huge disappointment. It was just so ridiculous and had a very stupid concept. I do find some religious 'bashings' funny, but this episode was downright rubbish in that regard.

What I personally did enjoy, however, was seeing much more of Cleveland Junior, who is my second favorite character, after Tim the Bear. That really was the best part to this episode, because the rest was such a disappointment.

There were a couple of interesting scenes, but it was mostly stupidity, which was highly disappinting, especially because the show had come a long way from the premiere.

Overall, the episode was a huge disappintment for me. It is not an interesting episode at all, and the concept is rather stupid.moreless

  • Absolutely horrible...

The show is in its 5th episode, and we are yet to see some decent material. I guess instead of putting so much time on Cleveland Jr., the writers could try to focus more on Ralo. I am sure from what I've seen so far, the kid definitely has some funny lines to offer. Cleveland Jr. on the other hand has literally pushed himself to a corner with his slow talking and depressed demeanor. And whatever he ever does or says can never ever be funny. I must admit the hip-hop song sometime in the middle was funny, and the show should try to do more like that.moreless

This show had been improving from episode to episode before this episode sort of returned to the earliest episodes. Pretty pathetic as this is only the fifth episode.

In general the bits that are suppose to be funny are embarrassing and the bits that are suppose to be embarrassing are just crass. It is amazing that this show can be from the same set of people that do Family Guy and American Dad.

I think if they are going to stick with the style of humor they have adopted they need to stick with stories about the adult characters where some of this might be funny in places. For example the episode where Cleveland got the job with the cable company. It was even humorous in spots.

You have to wonder with the two year contract this show was guaranteed if the producers think they can just roll out whatever they want and FOX just will show it. I guess based on the contract that Seth got maybe that is a correct statement? Thanks for reading...moreless
